I hope Hilary and Guiliani make it to the Primary. I don't want Obama whatsoever. Not because of his race as I think Colin Powell would have made a fantastic President, but because of his views on things. He is very much for giving illegal immigrants rights and I think everyone that enters this country should do so legally. No reason to do anything legally if you can get rights anyways....

Ive decided to quit going to church becase churches are shallow and hypocritical and fake?

what i mean is, I mostly have attended big evangelical mega churches. And every sunday the pastors more or less teach/preach the same things over and over again. And these churches seem a mile wide but an inch deep. And they always want your money too. And they are always so concerned about having a big/better church building too. Any ideas, thoughts, or suggestoins?????

I really like him and all but my parents dont like him at all they think that he is a weird guy i mean he isnt the cutest guy but i mean i dont go for the looks i go for personlity. i mean is it wrong that i like him and not tell my parents that we might date becasue he likes me to. - as approx. 25% of the labour force retires it is expected that labour shrotages will occur
- the industries most likely to face shortages include education and health care

Nearly new external hard drive - when connected box displays "USB Device Not Recognised"?

Hi

I bought a SUMO 360gb external drive a few weeks back. It was working fine until this morning when I started my computer and a box appeared saying "USB device not recognised - one of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it". Nothing started this....it just stopped working. I've tried the trouble shooter and tried with 3 computers all with no success.
How can I fix this....the drive has all my photos and music on and I have no back ups!

How can someone who is such a good Christian have so little respect for life?

Bush claims that he is a born again Christian, yet he seems to advocate torture, (terrorists or not, torture is not right, that is my belief, and I am not Christian) declare unessecary wars which kill innocent people, not to mention while he was governor he approved of more executions than any governor in the history of the USA.

So Is Bush a true Christian?

Why is this preached about, "Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." ?

And not this part of the verse preached? "Submit yourselves therefore to God."

James 4:7 "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you."

I here a lot of Christians saying "resist the devil and he will flee." But what about submiting to God first? Wouldn't that be a very important thing to do when resisting the devil.

Are there any chronic pain sufferers out there?

I have been dealing with chronic pain for almost 6 years. I have a total of 5 cervical and lumbar disk herniations. I have become depressed and am limited in what I can do. I am also more anxious then ever due to this. My quality of life has deteriorated substantially and have lost my over 15 year factory job. I was wondering if anyone else is suffering. What happened? How long have you been hurting? Has it affected your physical and mental health? What kind of coping skills have you developed? Have you lost financially? I am just curious and would love to hear if anyone has techniques to cope with life this way.
