im not talking about aquatic turtles im on about the ones with claws that walk around on land. he is a hermans tortoise.he has been having trouble opening his eyes in the morning so i gently rub them with damp warm cotton wool and i noticed that he has something that looks like a white casing near the corner of his eyes but its halfway up his eyes.and he squeeks really loud when he rubs his eyes and today he refused to eat. i keep telling my parents that i need to take him to a vet but they refuse to belive he has something wrong with him. and also if you cant hibernate a tortoise because of sertain medical reasons like nemonia how do you keep them awake?he is about 2 years old.

A question for the police officers: Don't you feel it's intrusive to be fingerprinted for the application process, and having the government keep your prints alongside those of criminals?
Obviously, it is important for the public to know that the officer is not a criminal, but I don't see the point of fingerprints. Companies do background checks without fingerprints all the time, so it can obviously be done with accuracy. The FBI requires them for their check, but it makes no sense why (if the government has no trouble keeping track of you by name and numbers, which they do very well for everything else, why do they need the prints for this?)
If the FBI wants to keep your prints to compare against in case you commit a crime and leave them at the scene, in my opinion, that takes away your presumption of innocence that other citizens have, as most other people only get fingerprinted if they're arrested.
Just want to see what your opinions are on the issue.

I'm making maybe a warlock (or a mage). Which race is better for warlocks: undead or orc? Which one's racials are better for PvE and PvP?? I hear people talking about will of the forsaken and cannabalize for undead, but is blood fury and stun resist better?

Gas is expensive so I decided to walk 6 (SIX) blocks to the Coney Island. I got tired after about 2 and a half blocks because I was smoking and my big fat gut started getting heavy so I asked for a ride since he was going my way. Some old lady heard me and started berating me. I woulda let her old wrinkly behind have it but I was outta breath.

My bf and i have been dating for a year and a half now. We started dating my senior year of highschool (well the second half) We're both 18 and both of our parent taught us well. I promise we aren't two stupid teens lol. But the other day he was taking to me about christmas presents and showed me a pcture of a ring. EEK! when i read the add it said wedding ring! So that was pretty much his way of asking me to marry him. I made sure that i wasn't just assuming.Though I didn't turn him down, i didnt say yes either. He even showed both our parents before showing me. They didn't really think of it as a huge thing, just a ring, and it would be a nice gift. My mom even suggested getting matching rings and then when we get married that we should get something engraved. My question is though i am planning to wait quite some time before such a huge commitment, how young is TOO young to get married? I dont want to say yes and spring for a chapel asap, but i dont want to wait 20 more yrs either.
