One of the biggest turn-offs for me is foul language....and smoking. And then pickin out those wedgies in public!! SO unlady-like to me.

Lack of ambition, low libido, overwhelming desire to have children regardless of situation (the "a baby is always a blessing" mentality), & impracticality. Ever seen "As Good As It Gets", when Jack Nicholson is asked how he writes women so well? I believe his answer was something like this:
"I think of a man... & strip away all logic, reason, & accountability."
While this isn't true of all women, the ones who are like this are the ones I find to be major turn-offs. If they don't think of the consequences of their actions before they act on emotional impulses, I'm turned off.
