His politics are based on a value system. He does not pick and choose where he stands on each issue, but rather has a value system of God first, then family, work, etc. This allows him to have an automatic and unchanging conservative stance on the issues.
Not to mention allows for very good decision-making.

If you are a TRUE conservative you will vote for RON PAUL.
How can you call Huckabee a conservative when matched against Ron Paul? You can't! Ron Paul does not waiver on immigration (like Huck), Ron Paul does not waiver on taxes (like Huck). Ron Paul has constancy. He has never flip flopped. He is honest and truthful no matter what the cost.
Ron Paul defines conservative. All the other Republicans trying to be conservative are just modern day neo-cons...

They shouldn't, Huckabee is not a fiscal conservative.. He has a record of tax hikes (an estimated half a billion dollars) and favoring amnesty for illegal immigrants (including supporting a measure giving them drivers licenses).. he was already under investigation for ethics violations and his pardoning of a rapist will come back to haunt him. In a prior debate he stated that he would enter a war with Iran without the consent of Congress and if elected he will raise taxes and sink the US into more debt..

Tonypegel, Huckabee the only true and consistent conservative? LOL!!
Try Ron Paul. He is the only TRUE and CONSISTENT conservative. Look up their voting records. Ron Paul's is the same 10 years ago as it is today.

He is the only true and consistent conservative (and a Baptist minister.)
I'm a liberal so I won't be voting for him but he is VERY consistent in his views and beliefs.
Kelsette: Ron Paul is actually a libertarian, and I kind of like him. (IMHO conservatives have less regard for civil liberties and more want for religion in government than libertarians do. But that's my definition. Opinion vary)

No reason in particular.
You don't get promoted at work for how nice you seem do you?
Ron Paul is the only consistent politician.
