I was driving w/ my mom & she announces she is voting for Edwards, I’m thinking vote for who you think is best, I said “okay, do you agree w/ him more than Barack or the other candidates?” She says “Well I’m not voting for Hillary and I don’t want to vote for Barack b/c I’m afraid for his kids”, I get upset (don’t show it though) and say “Well Edwards has small children also, why are you not afraid for them?” She says “Well that’s different.” I said “How? Because he is not black, your picking a candidate based, not on his beliefs or what his/her agenda is but on fear? A fear based in racism at that?” She says nothing. I told her that, her beliefs are racist and that is the problem w/ her generation of black ppl that they do so much and don’t do so much based on fear. She hasn’t even listened to what ANY of the candidates have to say, what their agenda is, it’s all on fear and racism, I think that’s crazy & ignorant. What do you think? OH ANY BASHING AND I WILL REPORT YOU

just borrowed my friends disk (licensed for 3 pc's) and the installation went without a hitch, and i have office on my pc. however i unable to download/view powerpoint, word, excel documents from my university portal. any one know why?

My husband I have been married for almost two years and we have a beautiful son together. However, he is not honest with me about money and other things. I don't belive he has been unfaithful. He also lied to me when we first married when he was in the military. He told me he was working when in fact he was AWOL and we were expecting our son. We had no money or health insurance, and I had to leave the state to be with my parents, because they evicted us from the on base housing. He remained behind to finish up his paperwork with the military. While we were apart for two months, he did not contact me at all. We now live in his home state where I have no family. I have a great job and my son is the only thing I look forward to everyday. He has walked out on us twice for several days at a time and when he says that he will change, it's only for a week or two, then everything goes back to chaos. Should I leave him or stay for the sake of keeping the family together?

Okay here is my situation, I really don’t get along with my family especially my mother sister, and brother my dad he is okay. Anyways I know the holidays are coming but I feel realy uncomfortable going since me and my mom just had a recent argument I have work hard all my life and have two kids. She always puts me down and complains that im no good. She talks really bad about me to my bro and sist. She tells them lies that I talk about them and then they don’t like me when I never talk bad about them I just make comments like oh when is my sis starting school and she takes it and than tells her that I said she was no good. She always cold with me and everytime I ask her to watch my kids she gives me a million excuses before she says yes. Sometimes she says she is too busy and cant. Meanwile my bro wont be that busy and ask her to watch his son and she never says no not to anyone else for that matter. I have always spend the holidays with them but I don’t know if I want to this time I know their family but they always judge me and do not treat me comfortably in the environment I feel really uncomfortable like if I get up to go to the bathroom they will go ahead and whisper things about me the reason is ay this is because I have caughten them before. My mom is so sneaky and I fi don’t spend holidays with her this year she will be so upset but not because I did not go but because she will take it against her and she is selfish and think that she doesn’t deserve that when in reality she has always been so unfair and cold with me always. When I open up I told her with an open heart how I felt and she was just like your so wrong.. And now since she has not called me its only been acouple of days but she use to call everyday.. And than she called me the last time to ask me if my bf was going to cook something for thanksgiving I told her yes and than she was like ok bye very rude!

seriously, it always seems to be the big topic. christians constantly asking why atheists celebrate something they dont believe in...

what is the purpose of these absurd questions? especially when its obvious they havent done research on the history/origin of their beloved hollidays.

i have a pontiac montana that no one wants to touch because the alternator is in a bad place.. Not to mention the price for the alternator runs from 300.00 to 95.00 so do I get my car fixed or do I feed my kids???? I will never buy a pontiac again!!

I have people use my computer and I do not want certain files showing up in my recent documents thing on the start menu. How do I flush them out or delete one particular one from showing up? I have tried opening random files and stuff but it doesnt always flush out the old ones.

i remember my lessons teaching that the mob did take a woman who died that night from the Multiple rapes!
Some teach that Hospitality of the Host was to protect the strangers, i.e. (angels) from the mob at all cost.
but it is clear that the MOB wanted Sexual gratification from the new men and so Lot offered his daughters instead. but it seems they rejected this offer and because they tried to break down the door the angels caused them to be blind.
either way, the cities of the valley were destroyed.

Every time I drink coffee I start acting jittery, nervous and paranoid sometimes even wanting to throw up. But I thought that I was just naturally that way or something or that I hadn't eaten enough (low blood sugar). Well recently I decided not to drink coffee for a week and to my suprise I was happy as a clam and didn't act like a weirdo. I also noticed if I drank coffee on an empty stomach I had chest pains and shortness of breath for some strange reason. So anyway if you are feeling any of these bizarre issues maybe you should cut back on the coffee because I feel better and it might help you too.

I love pretty much everything they did, including their more obscure 1st two albums originally released on the 'Immediate' label.
Though I still have a problem with some of their more R&B gospel sounding material done with ' The Blackberries'. That's when I lost interest.
What were your favorite Humble Pie moments?

I hear so many people claim that their favorite holy book of "truth" is the inspired word of a god and that makes it true more than any other book that claims to be the inspired word of a god, and that fallacy alone is enough for me to not take such a holy book of "truth" as anything more than propaganda. But the real problem that I have with books and believers that make such claims is that many of the believers of such books will claim that the other holy books are "man-made" and therefore false, while theirs is "inspired by god" and therefore true.

Are these people not aware that if something is "inspired" by something, that means that whatever it was is created by man, and is therefore man-made? People are inspired by all kinds of stuff, from ocean sunsets to the words of a good coach, that does not mean that the ocean sunset painted the painting or the coach played the game, all it means is that someone found inspiration in what they experienced and acted on it.
