Do you really think president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is really running Iran?

Or is he just a spokesman for the Ayatollah (or however you spell it)? Is the real threat president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or does it come from the faith?

I feel so happy?

I just have to say I had the best day ever! School was great! I aced all my exams because we got them back today! The girl I like is talking to me and this afternoon some people in my class invited me to go down to Oriental Bay and have ice creams! It was so fun lol

How can I continue this natural high? I FEEL SO ALIVE lol

I hate my job and want to resign. I am pregnant and had a miscarriage before and my husband is supporting my desicion to stop work. What do u think girls, I am into it.. is it a nice idea? My husband makes very good money so no need for me to work. I am 5 weeks now and i am stressed from work i cant even sleep at night worried about my job

Is this how tolerant Christianity is...?

In a town in Illinois, there is a witch school that has opened up. Now this pagan school is from what I understand mostly an online thing, but many of the residents in the area seem to object to their mere being in the town. Half of the churches are actively outspoken against their being there, and one pastor is even quoted saying that they are in the midst of "spiritual warfare."

Is anyone else sickened by the level of intolerance that is in this country? Christians, how do you feel about your brother's ignorance and bigotry against any and all who don't believe exactly as they do?

Open minded people of all religions (or lack of) answers are welcome. If you think that witchcraft is equivalent to satanism please better use your time to look up wicca instead of answering this question as you will not earn 10 points for this.

is it really a sign of weakness for a man to ask for help?

I have heard that it is a sign of weakness for a man to ask for help, other people think it's a sign of strength. Personally, I think it's totally stupid to pretend you know everything and are perfect at everything when you aren't. Every person has strengths and weaknesses. That's why we need one another. I'm in a situation where my wife died last year, and there were obviously things I was strong in and she was weak in, and things where I was weak and she was strong.. but now in the areas where she's gone and not meeting those needs, I find that I'm having trouble and I need help, but I don't have any help. I've refused to ask for help because I've found that people are willing to help you and meet your needs, but there's a cost in terms of respect, and it's not worth it to me to go and admit that I can't do stuff, and I need help, and all that. I'd rather injure myself over and over instead of humiliate myself and be disrespected.

Is it my imagination or do many people not know how to use the search engine?

Sometimes I will mention to someone that they can find something on the computer.
They ask for the exact URL and they are unable to look it up for themselves.
Some thing are .com some .org and of course there are others at there but....
I have found that if you ask the computer for what you want in a search engine, it will give it to you...and you can also change search engines if you cannot find it...there is google, yahoo and others.
Has anyone else noticed, that not everyone seems to know how to use a search engine?

I am a man of 35 years and my cousin is 41 (female). Both of us are married and she stays far away from me. Whenever we are together she shows an attraction towards me. 97 Chevy Cavalier won't start on occasion... sometimes 30 minutes later it starts right up.?

I have a 97 Chevy Cavalier that has been giving me trouble for about a month. On random occasion I will go to start it and turn the key and no sound at all. The radio and lights come on and everything but no sound from the engine. Usually around 30 minutes to a few hours later it starts right up. I took it to a shop and told them to look at the clutch sensor (it is a 5 speed manual) and basically they couldn't figure it out, but said I would need a new battery... so I went ahead and did that. Basically after spending $300 bucks and not getting any closer to a solution it did it again the other night... but this time I kept at it and finally it gave it and made noise and turned over...

Any ideas on what it might be? I really don't want to take it to another shop and not get any answers... and I am sick of it being unreliable.

what does the phrase "technical virtuosity" mean?

hey guys, I don't mean to spam, but I think this will get more responses in this section than in the sculpture section, where I posted it before. anyway, it is homework!

when discussing two sculptures from the Hellenistic era of greek art, what does this mean?

context:

"both [sculptures] display technical virtuosity in the rendering of forms and textures"

I suspect it means that the sculpting is realistic, but I'm not sure.

should i get married?

this sounds weird but im with the man of my dreams. how many people can say that? i met my boyfriend 4 years ago and we started dating, he had to go to new york to work for a few months, so we break up and i move. when i get home i find out im pregnant and its his... so a few months passed and i would call him and not able to reach him. so 6 months into my pregnancy, i lost the baby. still trying to call him and i cant get ahold to him. 2 years pass and i come visit the friend i used to live with down here and i call him and hes home. all that time trying to find himand when i came back to this town for the first time in two years, hes home. we got back together adn ive never left since that day. we get along great, i have everything ive ever wanted. i never need anything. if i wanna go shopping he gives me a couple grand. he doesnt do drugs or drink. hes perfect. he takes care of me very well. i love him with all my heart, hes asked me to marry him. we've been together 2 1/2 years.
