I'm very moody, but when I'm in a bad mood I don't feel like talking so I don't scream or something.

It sounds like you both basically want a visit. My husband and that i'm getting moody and after a visit we snicker about what made us moody. A bowl of ice cream that you both like is wonderful or basically agree on a date nighttime without arguments and watch a good movie at the same time of both your selections. each and every from time to time I take a bike journey and after I come living house an hour or 2 later we are chuffed to be sure one yet another. He likes to flow fishing and playing cards with the adult adult males and springs living house in a extra positive mood.

I will admit that I can get moody, once a month and when I do, I am emotional and probably drive some people crazy! I am fortunate though that they accept me when I get this way.

Yes, I am very moody...if there were some way to graph my emotions on a daily basis, that graph would look like a child's drawing of a roller coaster.
My husband and my close friends can easily recognize my mood swings and usually give me my space. I am able to control my mood swings when I am around my children.
