If AC flows from hot to neutal and then from nuetral to hot and back and forth then how can the nuetral be grounded.Current would flow from hot to nuetral but why would it flow back from neutral to hot

I have a loan thur a loan company for $500 and I make monthly payments on the loan, there are times when I am unable to make the payment until payday and the loan company will call my cell phone, call my place of employment, come to my place of employment and come to my house. I have asked them many times to stop coming 2 my job as I work in a very busy hospital but they will not listen they still come up to my job about 3-4 times a week and I tell them I will pay as soon as I get payed but they still show up the next day. Do I have any rights, can I write a letter to cease, can I report this to anyone??? What are my rights. btw thanks and i know that i should pay on time but I am a single mother and sometimes other bills must come first.

ok so my goal isnt really to lose weight
its more to tone my stomach muscles so i have a flat stomach
another goal is to get rid of my side fat (the oblique area?)
because ive noticed im a great size but id look a much more proportionate if i lost the oblique area fat


so whats an excersize plan i can follow to reach this goal within the next two months?

So the other day when i bought a green laser on ebay...i thought it would be focused and i could see the beam. Its 5mw and when i shine it anywhere it is a giant green blob with several dots within it...and the farther away i shine it, the bigger and more unvisible and unfocused the laser becomes. And theres no beam for starpointing like it said. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON???? IS IT BROKEN OR WHAT?? IS A DIODE LASER NO THE RIGHT KIND OR SOMETHIN????? HEELLLLLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
