is the second coming of christ coming through science? if we did more stem cell research, could we be closer to the 2nd coming?

Interesting question! I don't think that would be the son of God. It's all about the soul and I don't think that can be created through stem cell research.

Personally I don't think cloning is moral, not because I think it's god's job to put a soul in the body, after all humans create bodies all the time, but even if scientists can clone a body, and duplicate the gross elements, can they create a soul?Thats whats difficult.Cloning is immoral due to the suffering and pain inflicted on the ofspring.

What most people in the world don't understand is how the soul and body are different. The body is a very disgusting element,it stores it's information in DNA,its made of mucus, puss, blood, and when you clone someone, you DO NOT make life, you are simply duplicating a body, the soul is completely different.

The body may be identical to the body of Jesus, but the soul will be of someone else.

No we will in no way be closer to the second coming, all we will have is a body identical to Christ's body, but a completely different person, all we will have is a child born from suffering, defects and illness, one who will find no mean to living, and no identity, just the feeling that they are a copy, they will live a short and miserable life, its as simple as that.

No, a clone is like a twin, a different person, they would just have the same DNA. The second coming is when Christ returns to Earth from heaven, not to be recreated in a clone.
As for getting closer to the second coming, each day we are one day closer than we were the day before.

No. Because we clone sheep, but that doesn't mean that those sheep are at all related.
They're the same sheep in a different shell.

And isn't the second coming of Christ when GOD comes to Earth? There's a difference!

No, it would not be the son of God. Jesus was not conceived in the normal way and that is enough reason for me to believe that there is only one son of God and no man could ever create another one even if he was cloned somehow.

AAAAAaaaaaaa NO! A clone, would have no soul.
So it is just flesh, blood and bones walking around. No soul.
But the one question brought up was......... if they cloned DNA from Jesus, which they can not because they do not have any, but any way, if they did, would it be the anti-christ.
Makes you think huh?

are you a christian? how could you think about that? and one thing, jesus is the son of God. in case you have the possibilities to get the things needed for cloning him, it would be the grandson of God.

have you been taking ur medicines lately? seems ure not well, huh?

You can't clone a spirit. Oh, Yes! I am sure that is how the second coming will happen..this is an unrealistic and irrelevant question.

Actually yes they would be because god has many sons and daughters you could clone Jesus 146,246 times and they would all be sons of god

If the second coming of christ actually happened, would anyone actually believe him on his word or would history repeat itself where the public would want proof by turning water into wine, etc and if he didn't what would the public do?
