I think like most banks there is no longer a branch specific number, but an 0845 local number which will direct you to a call centre in India somewhere.

A BANK MAY HAVE ONE NAME BUT IS OPERATING AT SEVERAL LOCATIONS, WITH THE SAME NAME.THEREFORE BRANCH NUMBERS ARE NECESSARY TO DIFFERENTIATE ONE LOCATION FROM ANOTHER.TO FIND OUT THE BRANCH YOU CAN SIMPLY CALL THE BANK OR CALL THE HEADOFFICE GIVE THEM THE ADDRESS OF THE BRANCH AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE INFO.
