I have been meeting more and more young people who are in various branches of the military. I was told by 3 marine recruits that, once they retire in 20 years, they will be getting $5,000/month retirement. Is this true and, if so, where is all this money going to come from? Will it REALLY be there, as promised?

I think so. I was happily zzz'd away this morning like a good little heathen when I was rudely awakened by a knock at the door and the question "Have you heard the good news about christs ressurection" No, I haven't heard. 2 thousand years or so and that info hasn't reached me yet- thank you so much for waking me and telling me. I am not sure what to think. It has been a really great church & the pastor is great too. He is supposedly burnt out so the staff forced him to take a 90 day leave. He started the church in the basement of his home & now it's at about 1200 people. They have collected over 1/2 mil. $ to build a new church so what happens to all of that??

Why do you keep politicizing this war in order to bring down George W. when the MORALE OF OUR TROOPS IS AT STAKE!

It seems to me that QUITE A FEW OF YOU have no problem putting down our troops, screaming for a “redeployment” (A.K.A.- capitulate to the Islamofascists.), and showing support to our enemy who wants to cut our throats or convert us to Islam, incinerate our cities, and oppress our women. (I.E.- how you keep continuously defending the Islamofascists down at GITMO.)

I say hats off to our great U.S.A. military.

They’re doing a great job.
