Please help me find the scriptures that state Christians should not be taking each other to court.

Courts should be places where people can obtain justice when their other efforts have failed, and they are necessary if a society is not to degenerate into lawlessness.
But the courts today are far from being impartial or easily accessible, so the quote from Corinthians which describes them as unjust may apply today just as it did in the time of Paul. But where does one find "saints" to whom to present the case. They do not seem to be in the churches, and the idea of legal proceedings presented before religious institutions is just plain scary.
