My mom took out a PLUS Loan for my college, but I've been paying on it since I graduated. The IRS and our tax preparers told me I could claim the interest paid as long as I was the one making all the payments, I had proof of it, and my mom wasn't claiming it as well.
However, H&R Block NOW says that's not true. The loan was for me, so it's not like I'm a random paying it for a tax break. Please let me know

The Jehovah's Witnesses believes in a pantheon of "gods" (like Jesus, belly, Satan, angels, humans) but they only worship the Father as Jehovah God. I don't think that is true monotheism but henotheism. Jehovah's Witnesses must learn to understand that if Jehovah says there is no other God then it means the Israelites will consider other "gods" as false. But surprisingly they cannot categorize their Jesus as "false God" and yet they continue to call him Mighty God. Why?

"I am the LORD , and there is no other; apart from me there is no God." (Isa 45:5)

I purchased this chair online < http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Sienna-Striped-Chenille-Accent-Chair/2084941/product.html > thinking that the wood would be finished with the same green shade, but the picture was deceiving. My chair looks like this: http://i3.tinypic.com/4qe14yu.jpg in my living room. Does it clash? Should I return it?

Also, are there options for refinishing the chair.. like can I stain the wood to make it look more like the Overstock.com picture?

I like this guy... but he is hard to read... I cannot tell if he likes me back?
He never wants to talk to me when I say something to him... I dunno if thats cause he is shy or because he is trying to say... "get away, creep" he never says it in a shy way... I think it's a bit obvious that I like him... I don't wanna ask him out on a date or ask if he likes me because I might be creeping him out. I don't know anyone who knows him. I am around him a lot at drama club not like directly next to him but around him,usually 90% if the time. I try to talk to him, but he doesn't say much back its not like shly but I dunno. What to do!!!!!!??

MY wife recently came to me after 13 years of marriage and told me she was attracted to women.She swears that it would not affect are marriage if i allowed her to explore the feelings she says shes had most of her life.I love my wife with all my heart so i told her that if it was important to her then i would not interfear.As of yet she has not found a partner but i would be lying if i said it didn't worry me is this normal? I think after I got hit in the head with that big instrument I got some brain injury..I have this huge bump on my head but i cant see it cause my hair hides it But i cant seem to do math now. or talk properly like i'll forget much more easier than before..should I goto the doctors for x-rays or would that be too much..
