I mean if you have enough faith that something good will happen, then it probably will, partially or completely, depending of circumstances. But as having faith doesn`t bring positive results everytime, its resutls are pretty similar with the results of auto-suggestion, so do they work on the same principle?

We need to focus our attention on real issues like the con-trails that the governments uses (that were delevoped in a secret CIA program at Area-51) to poison the earth, mainpulate weather for oil companies and brain-wash people into voting Republican. While the news outlets draw our attention away from the real issues like global warming and climate shift, androids and government spys are replacing our friends and family for final annihalation of the free man. Doesn't anyone else see this?

I know HDMI cable can deliver 720p or 1080i. What about the other types of interconnect?

SCART
Standard Video (yellow plug)
YPbPr
S-Video
Composite video

Basically I've just got an HDTV and want to find the best way to reconnect my digital TV box (SCART out only), my DVD player (HDMI is probably the best output here) and my Wii (not a clue as t the best ouput).

I am as well as my whole family have been a die hard fan of the red sox and sports in general? When was it ever acceptable for any "fan" of sports to buy a hat just because that team won? Please do not wear a hat or logo of a team you know nothing about. Bandwagon fans might bring in money, but they hurt the sanctity of any sport. They are the fans who show up for games only when the team is winning, not when they are 20 games under .500.

We are having a new baby and my son is pretty excited [from what I gather] about it already. He'll be two in February and the new baby is due in May.

He's in a few playgroups with younger children and already understands the idea of 'gentle' and 'please share.' I always try to make him feel special by telling him since he's older he gets to show all the younger kids how to behave, share, and play with the cool toys. I try to make it as much about HIM as possible. He's really good around the younger kids.

I'm also getting him pumped about the new baby by telling him about his new big bed. [He's in a convertible crib that's now a toddler bed.] I'll tell him about teaching the new baby all the cool things he already knows how to do. He’s my ‘big helper’ and always will be. He’s very independent for his age.

So, how did you prepare your first for the new baby? How did your first child react? What else can I be doing to make sure he is comfortable with it?

Now a days it seems that churches, ymca's, public places are holding functions for kids and charge them for admission.
What happened to the good ole days of going house to house?
I think this holiday has fizzeled out.
What is the age of a child that they should stop dressing up in costumes?
Oh yeah, with that said, don't you hate when the older kids don't even dress up, and just wear torn clothes or just go as they are???
