I was born in California in my mother's old house. She never made it to the hospital. My parents aren't citizen's so uncertain of the californial/U.S. laws they never registered me which made a HUGE pause to my life now that Im almost 20. Im not able to receive a c.a. id due to not having a birth certificate. Though I DO have a record of birth over my baptism certificate and my social security stating i was born in CA. I researched over the internet and came across a page on how to get passport. " It says I need a " .Letter of No Record " SO my question is how do i get one? I tried to search for it (how it says on the site i gave) but cant come across anything that specifically tells you how to. Also, do i also have to tell them I was born in a house? Please someone help me.

Has anyone read that story about Ellen Degeneres and the dog she gave away? Seriously, that has to be the wrongest thing i have ever heard! At what point does a volunteer organization part ways with a dog? I know they have that policy of giving the dog back for a reason, but come on! That was heartless. That dog belonged to Ellen Degeneres in my opinion, that contract shouldn't hold up.

ok so here's the story.

ME = super shy & quiet & flat-chested
I hardly talk to anyone. No one ever talks to me! Inside, I'm a nice person. It's just that I'm super shy. I could never get a guy, right...?

Anyways, so there is this one guy. I never noticed him much and we hardly know each other. But one day he slipped me a note saying that he thinks "my body is nice" and wants to know if i want to go out with him.

well, idk, i never had a BF, and i dont have many friends at school. (i have two sort-of close friends) i just started public school, which is why it's like that.

so anyways im really shy and im not sure what i want! i always wanted a boyfriend, but i want a friend friend too! how am i supposed to tell him? what am i supposed to decide? HELP somebody!

there is this girl ilike, but she had a bad expierence with this guy, he broke up with her twice, told her he wsa cheating and everything, a week later he called her sayin he loves he and wants her back and wont cheat, he sent flowers and told her to call if he still had a chance, she did, then he went to her restaurant were she works with another girl, she broke down and left work. then he called her all kinds of dirty stuff over the phone like dirty c unt wh ore,etc.then he came back asking for another chance, she said its damaged, but he said let him fix it, she said ok. she said she shouldnt love someone like him, what does this meen? after saying she would let him fix things, he never calld back, what do you think will happen? the first time he broke up with her she said she would never talk to him again IF SHE COULD HELP IT. when she met him once she was all over him but wouldnt let him kiss her. and she would test him when he wanted to meet, he would get mad and cus at her.
