Isn't marriage between one man and one woman protected under common law?
Please explain your take on this....

Since marriage has been legal only between one man and one woman in the USA and laws were even enacted to illegalize the Mormon Practice of Poligamy, isn't there obvious Common Law defining Marriage as between one man and one woman in this country??

I am trying to find out who my patron god is (and no, it's not jehovah!). Problem is, he's being a tease and seems to be enjoying my suspense. I know he has to do with the sun and daylight, but he WON 'T tell me his name, and he thinks I'm all his, both physically and spiritually-- he's jealous of my patron goddess and I feel all dark inside if I don't light his candle first. It's got me a little nervous, and lately even intercourse with my husband feels like a threesome. I figure if he isn't willing to reveal himself to me, then he has no right to invade my privacy. Any idea who this is? I'm thinking dionysis...? Or something bigger?

texas owes about 22 million total, why cant u just extend his contract for 1 year for 50 million? in that case, arod gets 25x3+50 million, thats still over 30 mil per year.
isnt this the best scenario, arod gets around what he wants, over 30 mil per year and can still test free agency when hes 36 and get a huge contract.
