I have enough equity in my house to buy another. A member of the family is in the throes of a divorce settlement, but has been offered a house from someone we know well for a good price. The sellers house has been vacant since his mum moved into a home, and now wants to sell as he has to start paying council tax on it.
Could we buy the house, and sell it to our family member when his divorce clears and get him to pay all the costs eg legals, survey, mortgage arrangement fee, MRI, and monthly mortgage costs as they come along?
We would then sell to him at the exact fee we paid for it, and any extra costs are incurred to him.

Thanks in advance

The cost of the house would be 70k purchase.

About 10cm of stitching on the side of a leather seat with side air bags has given way. Is there any way I can get hold of the special thread (that splits on impact to allow activation of air bags)? My car is 6 years old and I do not want the expense of removing the seat, having it sent to a specialist repairer, who may have to restitch most of the seam, even though the split is only about 10cm (this solution offered to me by my car dealer). If I leave the split as it is, it will probably just get bigger. I know that the stitching has to be able to split when the air bags are activated, but surely it should be strong enough to hold the seat together under normal conditions!

I plan on moving west after college. Although I like to take risks. I am also very nervous about my decision. But I feel like it is something that I need to do.

It's my birthday today and my wife has organised a 'surprise' party for when I get home from work.

As our boys are quite young (3yrs & 15mths) we'll be having Daddy's favourite trifle, then playing some games and having stories before their bedtime. After that, once all is quiet, I'll be having lamb in a rosemary & redcurrent sauce.

Do you think that having dessert followed by my main course will work? Also, red or white wine with the trifle?

Two guys who are best of friends. One's cousin sis is really beautiful....the friend is a great looker too...he feels she kinda likes him but none ever break the ice. 4 yrs. pass & the gal's parents are marrying her to an army officer....she does'nt know the fellow at all....few days b4 the wedding she happens to spend time with this friend of her brother. Both feel something, but still are not able to make a move. Finally on the day of the wedding the girl lands up at the guys house early morning & goes to his room....she plants a k*** & says she loves him & just walks off.......the guy avoids the wedding (scared/panicky) & arrives after it for the photo shoot. Somehow the girl's friends manage to hide him in the bathroom of her room.....she comes & leaves twice & she is simply spaced out.....the 3rd time she enters & 7-8 minutes later they are done & over & nobody gets to know & a year has passed & when they meet they end up the same way.....THE GUY'S GUILTY..THINKING OF TELLING FRND

Seems strange that so called pure blood individuals who are of course not so, keep banging on about immigrants etc. People should read a history book!

I'm a lesbian and my Ex broke up with me a month ago. We were emailing back and forth on occassion but she said she needed a new keyboard hers broke so I broke my neck trying to find her one because I always did nice things for my ex. We go into the same chatroom and so she gets jealous of everything I do including my profile information. She started saying these people in chat were calling me names so I went to the owner of the room to find out what's going on. In turn the owner of the room went to her and said "Stop the Drama or I'm banning you for good". So my ex got pissed off at me and said don't contact me ever again. However, when I go into chat she'll say "Hi and my nic" Usually if we break up she wouldn't say a thing to me until she's ready to talk to me again. However now she's saying "Hi" to me after telling me NOT to contact her. What is her deal? Why is she saying "Hi" to me? My friend thinks she's stringing me along until she needs something else. What 2 do?

Why does this ueber-jealous God tolerate the existance of another entity with god-like powers? He could just get shed of his sorry butt, no? Hell could easily run itself, or the management could be outsourced to Blackwater or Haliburton.

that was a demolition job done by the clinical aussies once again! and aussies deserve to be up 2-0 if it wasnt for the 1st ODI being washed out when india were never gona get close on a difficult pitch and batting under lights!! aussies have won the last 7 ODI's against india! what happened to the world champs the great indian team?? surely if u can fluke it in T20 u can fluke it in ODI cricket?? hmmm i guess true class shows the longer the duration of the match!! and this aussie team isnt even at full strength because original players such as shaun tait, ricky ponting, mike hussey, shane watson missing! this is like an aussie B team. hope the aussies can keep this up and not be complacent and make it 6-0 weather permitting! go u good thing aussies!!!
