I doubt if it was the piston that made the hole my guess would be it was the connecting rod.

Either a piston or connecting rod failure. Was there any indication of an oil problem before the engine seized, like warning lights or something?

The main question is: DID YOU CHANGE OIL? If you did - never mind the reciepts because a good inspector will determine what caused the engine to fail. But if you didn't - warranty will not cover repairs. If you disagree with the dealer's determination, your only choice is to hire an independent LOCAL(!) inspector like one of these:
http://www.anti-lemon.com, and their report would be your evidence in court.
Sorry.

hahahaha......the terminology you are looking for is ...."she threw a leg outa bed " probably cause you had freeplay in a big end bearing , did the engine have a "knocking" noise . or else she just snapped a connecting rod , centrifugal force is how she pushed the side out of the engine , if you swing a hammer fast and hard enough in your bedroom and let go ..........it will come out throught the wall ,

Newton's regulation that an merchandise in action has a tendency to proceed to be in action. the flexibility stroke starts the flywheel turning. The kinetic power will shop it shifting throughout the exhaust stroke (exhaust valve open, little Resistance, putting the byproducts of the explosion out the tail pipe), the intake stroke pulling air gasoline in, back with an intake valve open, the compression stroke which will have some place of abode because of the fact the gasoline air compression, and back the flexibility stroke that starts it as quickly as greater. as long because of the fact the flexibility stroke will shop issues shifting for the subsequent 3 cycles, that is going to proceed to run.
