okay, my problem is that I have been one of the guys my entire life. I have a dirt bike, I go hunting, fishing, all that stuff, anyways my boyfriend and all our friends are going ice fishing this winter, and he refuses to let me go because, "your a girl". I have never not been aloud to do something because im a girl, in my life.
Yeah, there will be 4 guys all ina HUGE ice house on the lake, and I would be the only girl. But they are both of our friends, infact I think I only have two friends who are girls, and all of the times I can remember when m guy friends didn't allow girls to go, they were up to no good...
Please tell me what you think. Anything would be helpful. I am just frustrated as hell, plus I DO like to ice fish, it would be nice to go! ?????

its only a few days after his and i had been talking about it like all week. i saidhappy birthday to him at midnight on his birthday and talkeed to him a lot that day ( i talk to him like all day everyday) then the day before my borthday he stopped talking to me... i texted him on my boirthday jsut to say whats up and he never texted me back and then the day after my birthday like at night he texted me whats up and i tried to show him i was a little upset by saying oh hey nothign.. we talked for a little and i got a little happier even though he didnt say anything about my birthday yet. he asked me why i was in such a good mood an di thought id give him a little hint say oh i guess im still excited from yesterday hoping he'd say yeah happy birthday how was it instead he was like oh what was yesterday and only after i said my borthdy did he say oh yeah how was it and happy birthday.i was really hoping he would rememer seeing as we talk a lot and stuff how do i let him know this hurtme?

Because that is what you were raised to believe? Because it is what you were told to believe? Was it personal discovery? Did you convert from your original religion?

I am an atheist. I was born "Christian" however my family was not strict and we didn't go to church. However after personal reflection I realized I do not believe in god because it logically makes more sense that there is none to me. Oh and please do not try to convert me to whatever religion you are.

Do you think this goes against what you believe in or the Bible? If you have tried it before does it work Or is it a gimmick?

Just take a look around their website. I'm thinking of reading their book. I could check it out from the library but is it worth my time? I'm not sure what to make of it. But it is interesting.

Basically I think it seems to be saying that our subconscious makes notes, and that these memories of traumatic events can hold us back in life and keep us from being happy. I think it is supposed to help us realize or even develop our full potential or better than what and where we were at prior to this material.

It seems there is a need to identify oneself with a certain regilious label. So, how does one aline themselves if religion itself causes skeptism?

I don't believe Christ wrote the bible (physically or supernaturally). I don't know or care who wrote the thing. AND I don't care enough to pick it apart piece for piece and apply to my life. I also don't buy a lot of the stories - like the flood - the cenus - and trip to Bethlehem. The essence of my belief/faith is that a man name Jesus walked this earth. He died and his story lived. Obviously there was something special about him...and the only evidence is the bible. Which is yet another contradiction...

Can someone be a Christian and not believe in the bible? Why do I need the bible to be a Christian? Is the tie between Christianity and the bible a new one?

I want to get a bottom feeder, but I want one that will look good! (i.e. no plecos....) It would need to be something that will eat leftoever food. I don't have any algae growth in my tank and I don't have live plants. And it's only a 10 gallon tank, so nothing too big.

When using Google Web Search, how can I make sure that it keeps the percent sign in my searches? For example, when I type in "5% Spandex" (within quotation marks), Google only returns searches with "5 Spandex" - i.e. without the percent sign. How do I make Google preserve this percent symbol?

Okay, here's the deal. I'm going to tell you a list of things I like and don't like. You tell me whether you think that my qualities are attractive or not. (By the way, I'm not gay)

Okay, first one. I CANNOT stand watching sports except for tennis and soccer. It's physically impossible for me to sit through a football, basketball, or baseball game because I get so bored. I would rather throw up than watch a bunch of people run back and forth on a field/court jumping on each other.

Second, I like cooking. I think it's fun. My favorite things to make is chicken, steak, hamburgers, french fries, and different types breads. I love making gourmet foods as well (I like a good challenge).

I have a really good sense of humor, but it's kind of dark. I get a kick out of other people's misfortunes. I like shows like Family Guy, Friends, Seinfeld, and Cheers. I'm also very sarcastic and I love laughing.

Do you think the country could have survived if Johnson had been thrown out of office? He was impeached because he and Congress could not agree on reconstruction plans. Many northerners opposed him because he was a southern sympathizer. However, the argument for his impeachment was weak, and he was kept in office because the Senate was 1 vote short of conviction. Yet if Johnson had been impeached, what do you think would be the impact on the country that was desperately trying to rebuild? Would Johnson's conviction have been beneficial, or would the country have been thrown into further turmoil?
