Earlier today i got a splinter on my finger (next to pinky on the right...if that helps). the splinter is between my finger nail and my skin on the finger. I can't get it out! It hurts.

Do you use Text Talk when you are not using your mobile phone?
I have noticed it a lot on here, and yes I am old but sometimes I struggle to understand it, it seems like it is taking over the world do you think we should embrace it or try to avoid using it ?

called me at 1 am to bring him his wallet that he forgot. Although I was not happy about it, I got up and drove to his workplace(in my nightgown) to bring it to him. When I got there, he realized he also forgot his insulin and had to go home anyway to get it. He followed me out of the parking lot and he stopped to get coffee while I continued on home. I was pulled over by a sheriff for having a brake light out, and lo and behold, when my husband finally came by, he drove right past me and didn't even stop to see what was going on! He claims he panicked because he knew I was pissed anyway for having to be out at 1am and I would blame him for getting stopped. Duh! Grounds for divorce???

here is an example of what im thinking. I want to get my program to add two binary string(8-bit 2's complement) number and after show the result like this.

Enter your 1st binary number: 00001111
Enter your 2nd binary number: 00001011

Then I will output the following:
ur 1st binary number is 15
and ur 2nd binary is 11
15 + 11 = 26
26 in binary is 00011010
____________________________

But saying all that, i cant get my program to add or subtract binary string(numbers). Can someone please help me.

We are in IL and my son in an out of district school placement. He has only gained one year of progress on academic testing in 4 years, despite superior IQ score. I would like to request a different placement or at the least a computer aided cirriculumn so he can gain progress in the areas he excels, and have visual aid in the areas he needs help, and also for accountability and to assess progress and his difficulties. Can I do this just on the basis of him being academically behind? Even though it's not an IEP goal?
