military aircrafts?

Lately I've noticed an increase in military jets flying over where I live (bay area, ca). This afternoon I saw 4 fighters flying in formation on a westerly course; I think they are either F15s or 16s. Is this a stepping up of the security now that 9/11 anniversary is getting close? What kind of measures is the government taking to prevent another attack?
Do military aircrafts patrol the coast and US airspace regularly? Are there regulations?
And is it possible to hear (maybe not too loud) sonic boom caused by a jet if you're ground-level?
I know it's a lot of questions, but I'd appreciate it if you could take some time and answer them. Thanks.

Do you go along with the crowd no matter how ridiculously stupid or dangerous it may seem?

Or, are you the natural born leader that can say no and make your own decisions?

He makes me feel like nothing, but I know he doesn't mean to. How can I get him to realize this?

My boyfriend is always talking about how his life "sucks" and it hurts my feelings because it makes me feel like nothing to him. BUT, I KNOW he loves me..he tells me all the time and says that he wants to marry me,etc...

At the same time I love him but I don't want to feel like nothing for the rest of my life..how can I talk to him about this without making him feel bad (he is slightly depressed...)?

Also it will have to be over the phone or in a letter because he is away at school...I MIGHT see him this coming weekend but it's only a like..50% chance..

Why do Christians make factual statements about their beliefs?

This is not just for Christians, its for anyone out there who makes factual statements about there beliefs.

Last time I checked a belief was what you believed to be true.
And a fact was true. They are two different things. Stating a belief as a fact is complete ignorance.

Why are mixing beliefs with truth?
Isn't this disrespectful to other beliefs?
Isn't it just plain wrong?

Why do I get so tired before my period?

Right before my period I get so tired I could sleep all day, my stomach makes me scream in pain, I feel depressed and miserable and can't do anything. Im wondering if I have PMDD but am not sure

Why don't we use hemp paper?

Making a Web Page?

OK. I have no idea what I am doing. I am trying to make a website for my cub scout group. I was told to make one on Microsoft Word and save it as a web page. So thats what I did. So I want to know how to get it on the internet so other ppl can look at it. I don't want to have to redo all the stuff I did.
