You have to know the definition of supplementary (and it souldn't hurt to understand complementary as well ☺)
Two angles are supplementary if they add up to 180° (a straight line).
Two angles in the ratio of 3:7 can be expressed as 3x and 7x for some value of x. Now
3x + 7x = 180
10x = 180
x = 18
one angle is 3*18 = 54° and the onter angle is 7*18 = 126°

You do the 2'nd probem in the same manner. But you're gonna do it yourself ☺
