Well, I am making a sofa from a Hospital single bed....sort of a covered lounger to watch TV in...does that count?
Sofa beds are the curse of mankind...the sofa sits like crap, and the bed sleeps about the same way. Do your guests a favor, let them stay in a nearby motel when they visit...sofa beds are the back killers of the universe. Good luck and peace, Goldwing

Yes. Guests have to stay in the living room on this sofa bed. Or stay in a motel.

Lucky you !! mine sleeps on my head, back, legs, I have tried to keep her out of our room but she scratches the door ALL NIGHT. i bought her a cat bed and put it at the side of me but that didn't work. I won't leave her outside during the night because we leave near foxes and badgers and dispite her annoying me everynight i do love her so i would not want her to come to any harm. Your cat is perfectly happy sleeping under your bed as they don't like been on their own i just wish mine would do the same but after 13 years i don't think i can change her habits..

Yes, when we only had one spare bed , it worked out perfect for others staying too. Now we have a one bedroom apartment and the sofa-bed is our spare bed.(for now)

I had several thru the years but they are so heavy and hard to move. Now I have a blow up thing if company should come and also I could use the couch and someone could use my comfy bed. Small place now also.

I got rid of it. Something about having a ridge in peoples spine and the potential of a law suit, the good thing was people didn't want to stay long!!

Not any longer. We have the inflatable queen air mattress. My grandchildren make a wall to wall pallet and have huge sleepovers.
