What options do I have with a home that needs costly repairs and civil case awarded to defendant. (Contractor)
Civil case pending appeal however that is also too costly

This was brand new home and I sued the contractor but the judge found no wrongdoing. My question is what can I do with this house?

So, my 1hr glucose test results came back a little elevated. I scored 138, and they said they would like it to be under 130. So, I have to go in to do the 3hr tolerance test. They said that this is sometimes common and may most likely pass the glucose tolerance test but want to make sure. My concern is that I already walk 3 miles home from work each day as extra exercise during my pregnancy to keep my body in tone, and I eat pretty good. If I don't have gestational diabetes, what are things they would change in a diet of someone who has gestational diabetes? I know I am not going to be able to maintain my same activity level throughout pregnancy as it will become more uncomfortable. I guess I am scared of getting GD after I have passed the 3hr test because my exercise will most likely decrease the further along I get. Do they want you to take in less sugar, fat, carbs? I will ask at my appt. on 9/14, but wanted to get you girls' experience and opinion. Thanks!

So I have this friend who, whenever she gets a boyfriend, can never seem to talk about anything else. I know almost as much as she does about the guy and I haven't even met him!
It's so annoying! I just wanna tell her to shut up or change the subject. When I try to change the subject for her, all of it just ends up going back to him! It's one of those "all roads lead to Rome" kinda things. I'm happy for her, but really it's getting old! I don't know if I feel this way because I'm really tired of the topic or if (secretly) I'm kinda jelouse, because I don't have a boyfriend. Though I don't think her guy is attractive, at all (not to be mean, just honest).
What do I do?

(this is just me, I'm not speaking for anyone)

I would rather still exist, yet be in hell (I doubt I will have any nerves to feel pain, and no ears to hear gnashings of teeth)

so if there is a choice between living my life as a lie, yet being a good and kind person, and then being in Hell on a technicality (once I am dead I will know if god exists, then my sin of disbelief doesn't exist anymore), I'll say; 'sorry, right you are then' and then go to heaven.

or pandering to a man-made concept on the off-chance that it wasn't made up just to control the masses and extort money and power off them.

My husband is obsessed with the show and now has been reading the book. Is this strange behavior for a married man of 11 years? Is it strange that he would take up such an interest in the art of picking up women? We have had problems in the past with going out with random women and almost divorced because of it. But is he now on his way to attemt to live the best of both worlds, again? or is it just a book and just a show? should i be concerned? i think it's wierd...what do you think?

What would it say about me if I were so deeply interested in the art of picking up men?

I am going to have a partial hysterectomy due to very large fibroids. I'm not sure what kind of incision my doctor is going to do but I think it may be a bikini cut. I think that cuts your muscles/ligaments? Has anyone had this and if so, did you have problems holding in your stomach afterwards or notice a big change in that area as to sagging, etc as a result.

I'm just setting out with eBay. I have the merchandise (Lot of next to new womans clothes especially larger womans clothing) such as clothing, Mens, womans and children, collectables and crafts both next to new or nwot and nwt's. I don't have any idea what to do first. I have paypal but so far I've just used it to buy things on eBay. I need someone to guide me thru the entire process. Is there someone that wouldn't mind giving me a free hand or is there a group that will teach you what you need to do and in what order.
