I should rephrase my question. I live in an area where there are almost no sidewalks and absolutely no buses, I cannot get my D.L. because I fail the tests constantly and damaged about every single car the DMV has. I cannot take courses anymore cause I ran out of my money, neither can i pay for a cab or anything. The job that I could get (that would hire someone with L.D.) is too far to walk. I cant get there on a bike as I need to take a highway to get there but its impossible to drive the bike. I cannot pay for a cab either. Are there some government agencies that can help me out? Pay for a car or place me in a carpool or something?

I think I have a weird obsession of wanting to look at like magazines of beautiful girls. now before you thinkim a lesbian or something, im definitly not, thats not why i like looking at them. I just like to dream and in a way compare myself to them, and think if i could be that way someday or even put myself down sometimes and say ill never be beautiful. i just dont understand how someone can get a sex change on nhs but someone terminally ill is denied treatment!!

the biggest problem i run into is the home is only appraised at $25000, (low property values in this part of the country) and i don't have alot for a down payment.

I have reviewed articles about being a rRadiology Technician from the OSHA site. Im looking for additional opinions from anyone out there already in this field of work.
