how can i show a guy signs that i like him? can i just like start tickling him and stufffs.. he does that to me..i wonder if he likes me.. will tickling him show him signs? i'm planning to hold his hands in the cinema..should i say i'm cold and ask him to lend me his hands so that i can hold it or just ask him "can i hold ur hands or i want to hold ur hands"? My husband and I got married October 2005. I paid for the wedding, got no ring, and have been very dissatisfied and embarrassed by the entire event. We met each other online earlier in 2005 and in a spare whim got hitched. The sex we had in the beginning of the relationship created my son who is 12 months old who I love more than anything in this world. I only knew this man from his IMs and from 5 months of in person contact before the October marriage. He lied a lot about who he was, his past, etc... I can't stand his family either and have many issues with this. I feel really disconnected from him and I don't even find him attractive. I can't stand him. I try to for the sake of our son but I just can't do it. I basically fell out of love with him. I don't know what to do. Is there a way to reconnect with him? Asides from the lying and a few verbal outbursts he isn't a BAD person, just someone needing redirection. I just don't know what to do. I feel so old and ick and I'm only 24.

You can look these up if you want
1. Mark 16:5 states that " As they entered the tomb they saw a young man,dressed in a white robe,sitting on the right side; and they were alarmed.
Mark 16:8 " So they went out and fled from the tomb, for terror and amazement had seized them; and they said NOTHING to anyone for they were afraid.
Then In Mark 16:9 it indicates that they only told them after Jesus appeared to mary first.

2. Luke 24:4 While they were perplexed about this,suddenly 2 men in dazzling clothes stood beside them.
Luke 24:8-9 " Then they remembered his words and returning from the tomb, they told all this to the eleven and to all the rest.

How come both the stories don't match? I know that they are slight differences but when it comes to the resurrection story. The difference between 1 person in the tomb and 2 can be huge!

So Why out of the 30 odd original Gospels did the Holy Roman Church only include the 4 Gospels Mathew, Mark, Luke & John in the official version ? 26 others declared Heritical ? including that of Judas. Then these 4 translated through various languages and doctored over the ages to suit political ends. One of the latest theories I have heard is that Judas was a hero rather than a traitor and was castigated by an early bishop for political expediency.It took Christians over a hundred years to write down anything that Jesus said or did so no wonder it is like a game of "Whispers" when it comes down to the veracity of the Bible.
Beats me how people can take it so literally !
One or two nice ideas on living a good life, but thats it as far as I am concerned.

Anyway, I digress so back to the question. What about the Gnostic Gospels? Could it be they contained something to hide?

Has anyone worked on one of these new types of cruise lines where you actually OWN the cabin you're in and you travel year round on the ship to different ports of call? I'm wondering what life is like for the crew on these things since it's so different from the old kind of cruising where it's a new group of guests every wk and the same ports of call all the time ..... Also, being that it's a 5 star quality, I assume that means they give you a few more perks with the job. :-) Just looking to hear anything anyone can tell me from first-hand knowledge.

Let's say there's an anthole; 6000 ants live there. There's a picnic, and 1500 ants are sent out to gather as much as they can. This guy sees all these ants, and sprays this can of bug-spray, and kils all 1500 of them.
It's a huge loss for the anthole. In this case:

Can the ants count?
Do they notice they've lost a quarter of their colony?
Do they grieve?

I know elephants grieve the death of their fellow elephants. What about ants?

1.The slang often creates a barrier. And here I'm talking about two different kinds: the first, I guess, would be just the idomatic expressions that are used, and of which new ones are made all the time (esp by young people). Those kinds of expressions are hard for even older native English speaking to keep up with!!
2.Then there are things like phrasal verbs (which, I'll call a kind of slang for argument's sake).
3.The idioms are insanely difficult for others to understand. ("Rains cats and dogs," "see the light," etc.)
4.Spellings in english is hard...because so many words have extra letters that you don't need...like through...psycology.The fact that the spelling is far from phonetic - the same combinations of letters can stand for totally different words, like the "ough" in "tough", "though", "drought", etc.
