I never watch O' Reilly. I am an Atheist and most of my politics are pretty liberal. However, I do think it crazy, just plain crazy, this idea that we can just throw open our borders to anyone who wants to come here without major disruption of our society. I am not against all immigration, but I do believe it should be controlled, and I know that illegal is illegal!
Yes, my ancestors immigrated, which was not so good for the native population; but, I did not. I am not an immigrant and neither are any of the other people who were born here regardless of their color or ethnic background.
As for is illegal immigration out of control? Well I do know of neighborhoods where English was once the dominant language, but no more. I know that the crime rate in these neighborhoods is high because they are afraid to call the police. I know this, because I live next to such a neighborhood and we, native borns, black and white as well as some brown, suffer from the spill over.
I know that jobs are hard to find and I know a lot of people who are looking for work. I know a lot of jobs where it is hard to find any native born workers, even though native Americans do apply for these jobs. No the employers would rather hire illegals, pay them what they will and do what they will because the people have no legal recourse; but, of course to give them the legal recourse is to open the floodgates... I know what happened to the Native American population when the Europeans came...
Sure some want to make it a racial thing, but that is just a sound bite created by those who want to keep wages and benefits down in this country as well as others who would benefit politically from having more people of certain ethnic groups in this country.
It is out of control.

I'm sorry, but i'm 52 years old. And I actually saw White men doing construction work, road work, and gardening work. I also saw mexicans picking crops back in the sixtys and living in shacks.
Mexicans still pick crops, but most are doing all the above jobs too. How long is it before they say , your too lazy too do your job and I will take it over?
Yes, there are to many illegal mexicans in the USA, and need to be sent back to mexico.

The only people that think the USA has too many immigrants are the pinheads who watch O'Reilly.
And if we're going to stop accepting immgrants, let's just tear down the statue of Liberty. No false advertising about "give me your huddled masses yearning to breathe free"
