Satan is only a Jewish word to said evil at its worst, in the mind, imagination, of people.
The name has been picked up by the so-called Judeo-christians. Originally it comes from the name of the planet Saturn when placed in the house of Capricorn. From evil it became devil.

a figure of speech for anything and everything of so called evil domination .satan the accuser was supposed to be the evil incarnation of lucifer slain to the pits of hell from where he reigns authority over the evil of the world .kind of the theistic take on neptune or hades or even the Egyptian god of night and evil .
