The Michigan Wolverines have been my favorite college football team for the last 35 years. They are no longer after Saturday. Who should I root for? Which is worse? Person A's adultery, or person M's murder of person A? Despite the question's title, the question isn't whether or not it's entirely justified, but just which is worse.

Suppose person M had some reason for not wanting to just divorce person A. Maybe person M didn't want to have to lose or share custody of the kids.

I am going for my license on the 21st of September and I have been practicing parallel parking and my permit book says that you need to be 12 in. or less to the curb and I was just wondering when you guys went if the instructor held you to that or if they just want you to get in the cones and line. I really could use some advice, b/c i am pretty scared and I am having a hard time parking like that without hitting the curb!! Thanks!!

If a criminal robs you at gunpoint, then starts to run away, is it legal to shoot him in the back, in order to recover the stuff he stole? I think it's legal to shoot criminals to prevent them from shooting you, but in this example there isn't any threat that they'll shoot you anymore. If you can't shoot them to get your stuff back, then what is the alternative? The cops might not be able to find them, and you might not be able to catch them in a chase. Plus if you try, they might shoot you. Do you just have to let them get away with stealing your stuff?

Last year (2006), she was really in her best form ever, winning so many tournaments easily. This year, she was still in her top form in the Australian Open. she reached her peak in Semi-final when she defeated Clijsters convincingly. That was one of her best match ever. But after than everything went wrong. In the final, Serena trashed her and until now, her results are inconsistent and she can't really get back to her best form yet. What's wrong with her?

Seriously, why do people care so much about what OTHER people wear? It's not on THEIR body so why should it matter? Why do people make such a big deal about wearing a black shirt with a brown skirt or something? One day i wore the same shirt as a 'popular' girl (sorry for the stereotype i hate them but had to use it) and she raised 9 kinds of hell. Whats the big deal? Why do people get made fun of because they cant afford abercombie or w/e? Just because someone shops at ross they're automatically poor or a loser. whats that about?
