There is no proof that there is a heaven/hell, but there is also no proof that there isn't. But how do we know what happens when we die? What would make us different from any other creature on earth? I mean..what happens to bugs, or dogs, or birds when they die? If there is life on other planets, what happens to them? Do they even die? Do only humans go to Heaven/Hell? How do we know that the bible is true if it was written by man? Personally, I do believe in God, but sometimes I just wonder how anyone can be so SURE about where we go after our time on Earth....

The bible said that Jesus would return after 2000 years. How come he hasn't returned?
It sees like when I ask a priest these questions they try to avoid answering them. I hate to ask these kinds of questions but the church never wants to answer them.

I recently started having horrible back pain along with my left leg going numb....i went to a chiropractor and found a bulging disc between my L4-L5 vertebra. After several treatment...and i mean several, my pain kept getting worse. My regular family doctor prescribes me Lortabs to help with the pain, but he's wanting to refer me to a Neurosurgeon or a Pain Managment Clinic. If anyone has been faced with this decision, or even if you have an input please share you're opinion with me...what would you do? If you face this problem how has it changed your life? For the record, the amount of pain I'm in alot of the time can't be described... My work doesn't help either with all the stuff i do (i work for fleetwood homes building houses)
