My ex is a dead beat father. He owes thousands of dollars in back child support. We have been to court numerous times and he still fails to comply. The court has given him until Dec 21 to make restitution and six months of timely payments. This has not happened thus far. *Tick Tock Tick Tock * I was informed tonight that he has plans of running out of state. He is waiting on his new wife's student financial aide difference check to come and is taking off. The information is reliable and probably very accurate.

My question is, What do I do next? Do federal laws govern deadbeat dads across state lines? Should I call Child Advocate and tell them he is about to run or just let it happen?

Side note.. I work (not on welfare). I pay the bills. I take care of all of the medical and educational needs of my son. I don't need his money and definitely wouldn't depend on it. I have not received one full child support payment if you added everything I have recieved this year together (not 300).

Do you know anyone like this? Is she human?

This girl I know has never dated before or has been kissed by a guy. She is 19!!! She doesn't flirt. She is pretty. Sometimes she's really open and approachable and other times she shuts down. I see her by herself and other times with a close friend. She use to be friendly with everyone, now she is quiet, reserved, humble. She looks outgoing, but she is completely the opposite. She's in her own world. I don't even think she knows how to flirt. What's wrong with her. She focuses on her education instead. Quiet and reserved. 19!!! Never dated. Why doesn't she go with the flow. Doesn't she know this will make her life much easier?

I have Windows XP sp2 on my laptop right now, and I've heard a bunch of people saying that linux is better than windows. Is this true? I use my computer to surf the web, do gaming (WoW and GTA) and chat with my friends using yahoo messenger. and if I install linux, will i be able to switch over to windows using a free parallel software.. i'm a complete noob to this linux thing, and ive heard that theres versions like urubius or something like that and unix.. which one will be the best one for me? or should i just stay with windows? and my web browser is firefox, thats the one i use all the time

... This isn't a question. More of a statement that I'd like you to comment on.

Creationism can never be a science because it's method isn't scientific.

True science works like this:
- Observations
- Hypothesis
- Analysis of observations
- Conclusions
(+ new hypothesis if 1st hypothesis is proven false through analysis)

Creationism works like this:
- Hypothesis (of a Creator God in the biblical sense)
- Gathering of facts in accordance to hypothesis
- Conclusions
(+ new gathering of facts if current facts do not support hypothesis)

Thus creationism has no scientific value.
