Blackbird, by far. The Concorde flew at Mach 2; the SR-71 does Mach 3.

Concorde can only go at about Mach 2.04 cruise speed (and Mach 2.2 if forced), but the SR-71 Blackbird can go up to Mach 3.3 cruise speed (and Mach 3.5 if forced). But the SR-71 is a military aircraft(designed to spy the Soviets, supposed to replace the U-2 during the Cold War as an advanced, long-range, Mach 3 strategic reconnaissance aircraft, when the US was desperately trying to find out what the soviets were up to). However it has been outlived by the aircraft it was supposed to replace. The SR-71's were retired in 1997, but U-2's still fly today.
If i didn't pack enough details in this short answer, you can find much more details about the SR-71 here:

SR-71, it is still the fastest, highest flying air breathing aircraft in the world. The only things that are faster are rockets. Although, there are some new things in the works, and I'm not counting prototypes.

you are kidding right? the concorde is indeed fast, but only mach 2 for a top speed. the SR71 has speed records like los angeles to washington dc in 68 minutes, the concorde doesnt even come close. and by the way, the SR71 speed records are the official speed records, only the air force knows the actual top speed of the SR71.
