Well Iam a educationist and by the ideas I gained from other teachers i have started to grade the student's homework assignment to encourage them to do better and create a healthy atmosphere of competition, then a problem Iam facing is to what to do with students who dont submit their assignment on time.
If I give them F it might be too harsh and then sometimes those students do great job in their assignment and it doesnt feel right then to give them F. Another option is to lower their grade. Please share your ideas

I have a 4-year-old boy and a 3-year-old girl. They enjoy baths together and it saves me time, but I was wondering what age we should start bathing them separately. What have other parents found worked best? My boy and girl "notice each other" and are sometimes curious but nothing beyond that. Is it ok?

I broke lease since iw as getting married and was moving in to his apt. They said they'd send a check w/deposit if any was left. They then just now sent a bill for over 1600. They charged 1000 for the carpet which had dmg but it was damaged when I moved in (not as bad but still they would have had to replace) among other things. Can they even do that? I paid 700 when i broke lease and 350 sec deposit. I live in Fla if it makes a difference.

Our body consists of vessels i-e arteries ,veins and capillares.In arteries oxgenated blood flows and in veins deoxgenated blood flows.So my question is why can`t we see arteries but can see veins from the skin i-e in our arms.

Claims to be the United Nations of New York, for the United Kingdom, stating I won a lottery, and I am advised to sign strict insurance documents in person in the United Kingdom? the exact address and title of this email says its from:

This email is stating that they have issued me a ATM card number, 5428XXXXXXXXXXXX, valued at $8.3 million USD, with a maximum withdrawal value of $10,000.00 daily. And due to the nature and manner of the strict insurance policy with back up documents, I have to sign in person , I need to go the the United Kingdom for the signing to aid in the finalization of this ATM card payment.
