The people listed below usually have good free info. You can call human resources for a company and see if they are hiring, what openings they'll likely have or whatever they will tell you. You've started out right by networking. You can continue that idea by asking employees at the company what kind of tests they give, how hard it is to get a job, opening, types of position the have and that open most often, if anyone is leaving. Old and new employees have different information and often jobs are filled by one person telling a friend, but other employees may know about the opening too. So very important is to study emotional intelligence. There is a free e Book on it by that name below and info on the net. At least get the first part of the book and later slug through the rest. Past the middle somewhere it gets a little better too. Basically it's so important that it's on employment tests, taught to employees in corporations, used in family and personal counseling and even sports. Get the point? It's the number one predictor of success in life and advancement at work. If there's a fountain of youth it probably tells you where that is too, although it seems simple enough in some ways. luv
