FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD.

1) You probably never entered a lottery recently; 2) The UN in no way sanctions or becomes involved in lotteries; 3) An ATM card would not allow such a huge daily withdrawal amount; 4) The use of the title Reverend is ridiculously designed to make you more trusting of the scam; and 5) Common sense dictates that this is just one more variation of the advance fee scheme so beloved by Nigerians, but practiced by people from so many places now.

If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is. If it was truly the U.N. You could do any signing in N.Y. The next thing you will be asked for is your banking account numbers or to deposit a check, sent by them, into your account and send them a certain amount, by Western Union, for processing.

It is a SCAM.

There is no internet police but you can alert your service provider to the scam and possibly your state police department.

If you received it as an email without asking for it then it's bogus. Just delete it and mark it spam.
