I've heard that 60% to the shop owner and 40% to the tattooer because the owner pays rent , owns the sterilizer, flash, etc. But is that just to start out? And Should the artist be paid more? My main question is a little more complicated ...
What about the successful tattoo artists that are booked up for months for portraits or other detailed expensive tattoos?
Now lets just say a successful tattoo artist works 5 days a week and makes $400 a tattoo. Thats $2,000 a week and $8,000 a month. (Bear with me here) Ok, so the shop owner still gets 60%? That would be $4,800 to the shop owner every 4 weeks and $62,400 a year! That would well exceed the normal expenses of an artist.

LONG Story short, what would a very successful tattoo artist pay the shop owner? How would it work out so that the artist is paid fairly?

... I haven't had this many "Charlie Horses" in my legs since I was pregnant 18 years ago! (Nope, not a chance that I am... I had a full hysterectomy.)

My mom says it's from not having enough Potassium or something... recently I started eating a banana once a day... but I'm still having problems with my one lower leg(s).

What do you think it could be from?

Recap: I'm 20 and my boyfriend is 21. We dated for almost 2 yrs. in the past, broke up for 7 mo. (no communication), and now we've been back together for 6 mo.

My boyfriend is transferring over to a new college. I'm transferring as well, but we're both commuting. He needs to take about 5 courses per semester and he wants to work 16 hours a week. He will not give up his crotch rocket, which he's making payments on still. He keeps saying that there will be no time for anything else besides school and work. He's distancing himself from me and he's not acting like himself anymore. He cannot handle stress.

We broke up last time for the very same reason. He started a new job and was freaking out that all his time would be dedicated to school and work. He admitted once we started dating again that he had acted like a jerk.

He's pushed himself away and needs time now. He's "confused" and "wants" to love me. A week ago he loved me. Should I give him space? Last time I didn't and he ran...

My friend has a card that deals each player X damage at the end of their turn where X is the number of untapped lands they control. He says that in order to circumvent this damage he can choose not to untap lands during his untap phase. I say this is mana burn and that he must untap all lands he controlls. The comprehensive MTG rules state "Next the active player determines which permanents he or she controls will untap... Normally, all of a player’s permanents untap, but effects can keep one or more of a player’s permanents from untapping." I believe that this supports my case. However I am not sure if "determines" is meant to be interpreted as chooses. Who is right?

So here I am sitting in college with tons of free time. I don't go to parties, my friends happen to be at their jobs when I'm not at mine and vise versa, and I think cops are pretty cool so I'd like to devote some of my time as an auxiliary police officer. I'll admit going into police work is something I'm keeping in the back of my head if my other career aspirations don't work out and I just want to give something back to my community (I live at home btw). So, to my question, is it generally easy to become an auxilary officer for a local department? And also, what is the hiring process like?

I got this idea because in the word excommunication is the root "common" which hints to some sharing between people or belonging to a group.
I had this YA member, an extremely obnoxious person, sending me all kinds of unpleasant words. I answered him in kind and offered some kind of challenge. He kept on vituperating but without getting to the point. As I got tired of getting nowhere, I finally blocked him. It was the first time I ever blocked anyone, but now he´s foaming at the mouth even worse than ever. Needless to say, he´s either on the fanatic side of christianism or has got an ego the size of an oil supertanker. So my Q is: Did I somehow excommunicated him? Is it an exile? Does he feel neglected now? Was he expecting some love-hate relationship? or was he only outraged?
