it's only the 4th day of class and I already have a stack of homework a foot high. I'm not kidding. why are teachers so mean? its 11:00pm and it's still 90º outside and my house does not have A/C. it's way to hot to do school work. I get heat-sick easily (thats why I love winter... if it's 20º or less then I am happy) but I can't function in this heat. what should I do?

When i was five....i had a fire in my house. my mom yelled and screamed and i didnt know what was going on. so i thought i was going to die. so i stood there watching part of my house burn down but then i saw everyone running outside. so i ran across the strret and ducked. i thought my house was going to blow up. and now im a deathly afraid of fire drills. yes i know there only fake and for practice. any tips? (im having a fire drill tomorrow people please answer)

So freshman year was like hell. I failed sem 1 of algebra with a 58.7 percent. I did alot better sem2 and ended up getting a B so my algebra teacher let me retake sem1 exam to get my half credit back. I passed it and i got my half credit back. Now my counselor and math teacher told me. That out of the 600 freshman at our building 300 failed a semester of either Algebra or Geometry. And it was a 300 and some odd number. Would this really affect me getting into a college? I have a clean record never even had detention. And that was the first class i ever failed in my life. (didnt really fail though since i made it up) And would a college look to see how many kids failed math freshman year since it was half of all the freshman?

I have a group of 6 mollies (4 females, 2 males) I have 1 male and female dalmatian mollies, 1 male and female black mollies, and 2 female silver mollies. None of the males take too much intrest in my silver fish.

Which brings me to my question.... all my fish are playful and active, but one of my females is EXTREMELY shy! She is a slow swimmer and hangs back from the group, hiding in corners. She is healthy. Whenever I feed, all my fish are active in eating, but she doesn't really eat. When she gets near the top, I try to sneak her some food, but she never sees it. HELP! I don't want her to starve! I only have a 1 gallon bowl that is empty, and she wouldn't live well in that........

PLEASE HELP!!!!

i am 15 and live in kansas and was recently fired from my job working for Mc Donalds. They are refusing to give me my last check until i return the uniform. the uniform was never given to me by the company but by a previous worker who no longer needed it . i babysit/watch 7 kids in the late afternoon on thursdays, im pretty good at discipline, but i need a bit of a walk through, id like to know how you discipline kids ages 3-9. like, step by step, simple and spelled out. id also like to see where you set your standards for food, say a 3 year old boy wont eat his chicken so i tell him to take _ more bites of chicken before he can go play. what number do you say?
i need to know what to do if the children are loud and scream. 2 warnings then a timeout?

i want to be better at what i do.

id like to start a clipboard like a good noodle board, and put stickers for each day that the children dont go in timeout, but i dont know how good of an idea that would be, have you tried it? how did you enforce it?

i have a laptop and a desktop. both the computers never move their place and are always there. i have a linksys router WRT54G that gives both of my computer internet connections.(both wired), so how do i make a shared connection between the computers? for example. i have a file that is 2gb and it is on the laptop and when i am on the desktop, i can use that 2gb file.or a way i can get to my files from one computer to an another
