could the Lord not be able to make us born with a little bible in our hands so that we know for sure that it was from the Lord???? or perhaps the whole Bible tattooed on our chest???

because the Bible in that time is not completed yet. but theres a prophecy in Book of Daniel

But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.

The Prophecy of Daniel is fullfield. look out to the world now.
many techological advancement and if you go back 60 or 70 years ago the people have no telephone, computer and transportation.

In the old testament it says that in the last days knowledge would be increased.As the world has been around for thousand upon thousands of years its been only in the last 250 years or so that most of our great inventions have been invented.

Jesus was here to reveal our Father in heaven. His mission was purely spiritual. Huh... what do skyscrapers, computers, planes and donuts have in common?

God created us. Therefore, he gave us the ability to invent, build, and make things using the awesome brain he gave us, that science has yet to fully understand! As the need arose in history, man was able to figure things out that they needed due to the fact, God created us.
