If a home was foreclosed on, and now bank owed. Does the bank have a "format" to selling it? For example, can they just sell it to who they want or must they do it in a fair manner (like auction, sealed bids, etc?) Just curious... are their any laws on this?

i had to stop on interstate 30 in ft worth, tx around 12am because of a girl or woman lay dead in middle of highway right under an overpass. i think it was riglea and rigmar exit or right in that area.

my partner came to the corner shop with me and broke wind.

I looked at him and asked him if he did it, he just looked at me and said 'probably'

I had to wait to get served before I came out the shop with his and asked him again, he again looked at me and said that he can't remember, he then said he did. I asked him why he did not leave the shop.

Who else thinks this is disguisting?

He tends to break wind in public alot

My ex and me mess around a week ago. He and me were in a long relationship but he say I push him away. It happen that now we are in the same state, and so he started dating this girl, and well they have problems. He say I did not want him and so he chose her. Then last weekend, he is telling me how happy he was with me and how he wants to be with me. I am confused he always does that. I know it was wrong of me to mess with him, I felt awful since I never done something like that because I would not want that to happen to me . Why do we have to go to heaven or hell? What if we dont wanna have an after life and we wanna just live on earth and then die and not go anywhere else? Cause I dont wanna die, and then go back to earth later (re-incarnation) and come back to this $#!T#0L3.
