Okay my friend ask this guy i had a crush on for a year if he like liked me and he said im not telling you. She asked again and said i wont tell her i promise and he said what ever you are going to tell her. Does that mean he likes me? Or that he doesnt like me and he doesnt want to hurt my feelings? I dont understand it. My other friends say that probably means he does but im not sure if they are just saying that. So i need your help!!

any suggestions for foreign horror movies? It's for the foreign film club so it needs to be either not rated "R", or unrated and appropriate for high school.

last year we watched "a tale of two sisters", but it's rated R and our advisor this year actually checks the ratings on movies/ cares what we're watching. anything along the lines of that would be great, or something Grudge-like. (preferably a suspense/ psycological horror but whatever you can come up with.)

I was raised Catholic and that was all well and good for a while but then I decide that devotion to God and his son should be perceived through multiple perspectives and not just on sect.

Thus I chose to become a non-denominational Christian.

I started reading the Bible and examined it EXTREMELY thoroughly (I do this often, breaking things down to the finest detail) and was doing well until I got to Duetoronomy. I guess you could say that chapter changed my life.

In Duetoronomy we're asked to stone disobedient children, force women to marry the men who rape them and do other things that waaay back when seemed appropriate.

I quickly skimmed through most of the rest and found that there are a lot of inconsistancies in the Bible that not only challenged my faith but made me understand why people are critical of our religion.

After doing that, I started analyzing my own life and realizing that I was doing things out of routine and not out of love and faith for God...

"In 1992, The New York Times said NAFTA promised "jobs, wealth and economic activity throughout the continent." Over 15 years later, we clearly live in that shining new era of free trade:
Canadian economist Bruce Campbell details a net loss of 276,000 jobs under free trade, beginning with the U.S.-Canada deal in 1989.

U.S. economist Robert Scott reports NAFTA has eliminated some 766,000 manufacturing jobs.

Mexican peasants have called NAFTA their "death warrant." The 1995 peso crisis devastated Mexico's economy, doubling the number of unemployed, dropping real wages 27 per cent in just two years.

Low-priced imports of U.S. corn and other agricultural products forced some two million Mexican farmers off the land. These are the families who cross the border and worsen the U.S. "immigration problem."

Everytime she talks to them, she changes her mind. She's even starting to change her values for what her friends say and this affecting our relationship because what at the begining was wrong for her and I agreed on that now it is not that wrong.

She has told me lies and when I find out, she says she's just not telling me everything.

She has told me that I have told her lies and I have to mature when I ask her what she exactly means she can't answer.

I suspected of her friends' influence and last week my suspects were proven.

I know it is up to her to follow her friends or not. But she has been trough many hard things lately and she's not stable at all now and I've been patience but I'm through with this.

I haven't done anything, I just try to stay away form her friends and be polite but not friendly when they're around.

Please Jennifer J, give me a hand on this, thanks.

An elderly Jamaican lady is in an elevator in a high rise apartment building in New York, going to visit some relatives.
A beautiful young woman gets in smelling like very expensive perfume. She turns up her nose at the old woman and says arrogantly, "Giorgio, Beverly Hills, $120.00 an ounce."
The elderly lady with a deadpan expression says nothing.
Another young and beautiful woman smelling expensive, enters the lift, turns, looks down her long pointed nose at the old lady and says "Chanel No.5, Paris, $200.00 an ounce."
The lift is now filled with the aroma of the magnificent scents of the
combined perfumes.
One floor later, as the Jamaican lady approaches her destination, she quietly
eases out a long silent burst of gas, which quickly overpowers the combined expensive perfumes and leaves the two women with water in their eyes.
As she steps out of the elevator, she turns and says "Breadfruit, Jamaican, 36 cents a pound."

As in someone traded it in for one of the dealership's cars and now they want to get it off of their lot because people generally don't go looking for Mazdas at a Chevy dealership?
Will they give you a better deal than if you went to a Mazda dealership looking for a Mazda?
I was thinking about getting a Mazda I saw at a Chevy dealership.

I just bought a 2 year old Grand Am. Most everything seems to be in good shape, CARFAX was clean, former rental car.

From the start I haven't been able to get the car to do the honky thing when I hit lock on the key fob. I followed the instructions (20 times or more) and tried to program it to do it and still wouldn't, Well, twice it did work once, then wouldn't again.

Then a couple days ago, some crazy cut me off and I tried to honk at her. NO horn. I pounded every different spot on the steering wheel for about 30 seconds, and then out of nowhere, suddenly it started working (in all the spots I'd been pounding).

Same thing happened again yesterday. And both times after it worked, when I got out and hit "lock" on the key fob, it did the honky thing.

It still has some factory waranty and I'll be taking it in soon, but I'd like to know what is causing this (faulty wiring?) and why (like, are we thinking this might be a flood car or something?)

Every single study exposes the liberal media bias, yet libs keep denying it and claim FOX is one that's unbalanced. What percentage says this because they are stupid, what percentage says this because they are dishonest, and what percentage says this because they are parroting what they heard on the Daily Show?

I am hearing political and news comentary similar to the pre-invasion rhetoric which preceded the invasion of Iraq. It appears some of our top officials are intent in establishing a case for the invasion of Iran. It appears our only interest in these countries is their oil resourse. Is the USA justified if our only interest is oil, and oh yea, democracy?
