i was wondering if a contract is void if you mispell a very important word. say for instance i was suipposed to gain controll of a house, but the word house was spelled wrong. would the contract be null or void?

I live at home, attend a university, i am a dean's list student, and i still have a curfew of midnight and parents that wont ever let me out after dark basically.

I lost a brother about 6 years ago and since then they have gotten a million times worse- he was older then me and passed away from a brain ameruism.. something you cant stop or change

how can i get them to ease up a little bit and accept it that i need to spread my wings....

The Iraq war is now a hard core right wing war (the 32% that still support it) & if it is lost they are the ones who are going to take the biggest fall & they know it & it will be to a bigger enemy than Al Qaeda. It will be the biggest lost conservatives have had to the libs since Roe v. Wade & they will do anything in their power to make sure that US troops don't leave Iraq until at least Bush has left office even though they know the best US troops can do in Iraq is stalemate.

Which to conservatives is certainly better than a loss to the libs, only US troops will continue to be killed for conservatives benefit. Is that what patriotism means these days? Cover you own a*s?

I am leaving for Army basic in 10 days. I have a daughter from a previous marriage and am remarried. My daughter will be staying with her dad for the 6 months I will be gone. I have joint custody, he sees her every other weekend. He is really mad and saying that i will not be able to move out of state with her Army or not. Can he do anything? Can he try to get custody while im in basic/AIT? And if he does try at any point do you think the fact that I am in the military work for me or against me?

I usually buy generics, like ibuprophen instead of advil; it's the exact same thing and you save a few bucks.....but should I spend the extra money on a good home pregnancy test since I can't take any risks of "malfunction"??

Well I have a border collie and he's about 2 years old. I can barely take him anywhere because he can be really aggressive. I can't give him walks at all, even around the block because he will attack any other dog he sees. I just let him outside and my neighbors had a dog over and he tried to jump the fence to attack it. The back of our fence faces a street and has a sidewalk on it so people are always walking and once this lady was walking a small dog and mine jumped the fence to get to it.

He's weird with people because sometimes he'll be friendly and everything, but other times he'll try to bite their ankles and attack them, too. He also has a problem with jumping up on people and licking them. My dad has threatned to get rid of him and everything if my dog doesn't learn to be good =/

What can I do or how can I train him so he'll be a better a dog?

ok i was cleaning my keyboard on my laptop and the [fn] button got clicked with a bunch of other buttons and now when i click one something else shows up so i need to reset my keyboard to its original like press [a] and "a" shows up, right now im using my usb to type cause my laptop keyboard wont work so i need to get help...so how can i reset my keyboard ? im using: windows vista ultimate from windows xp home edition.

Is there anyone that can help me step by step use jumper cables?
Usually I'm flagging down the nearest guy in parking lot to help. Once My son had to call me for help to hook them up and he didn't know either. I hate pain. I really hate being stranded in the rain with a dead battery. Thanks and humor is appreciated.
