my girls were born on July 26th @ 8:02 and 8:03 AM, both were healthy weighing 5 lbs 17 in long, and 4lbs 12oz 18 in long...it wasn't a great labor and i almost died after having them but we are all home now recovering great...i wanted to thank you all for your help in the last few months and i hope everyone is doing well and the best of luck with your pregnancies...in keeping with the questions how is everyone feeling?...see you all in the newborn section

THe truck has 109500 miles on the clock. The manufacturers recommendation is 5w30. I have a friend who owns a lube shop and he says that I should be using 15w40 and that the only reason that the manufacturers recommend 5w30 is because that is how they maximize mpg and in order to advertise that they get that much per gallon they have to reccomend the oil type that will allow that, but thicker oil is better for the engine. A mechanic friend of mine said I should use thicker oil like 10w30 or 10w40. I aksed the people at Jiffy Lube and they said that I should use 5w30 and that if I use thicker oil it is going to make my engine wear quicker because the engine will have to work harder. I am getting mixed information here. I just need someone who knows what the hell they are talking about to explain to me what to use and why. Are there any experts out there who can please help me? Thanks.

I am the mother of a 3 year old little girl who is my world. Her father and I were never married and haven't been together since just after my baby was born. He married someone else about 2 years ago who has a lot going for her and takes an active role in my daughter's life. I am not married but I have a serious boyfriend who doesn't participate much with my daughter. I am fascinated with Asian culture and I have always admired the dedication of geisha's and the skills that they had. They have had to learn things about politics, current events, music, dance, and other specific arts. But a large portion of people have said that they were simply prostitutes...Does anyone know if this is true or not. And where can I find that information? Also, did the meaning of the term Geisha just change over years and that's why they were considered prostitues?

My son is facing a felony. It is his first offense. I live 70 miles away and would have to take the day off with no pay to go. Is there a reason for me to be there? Will it make a difference?
