As long as you have proper ID to prove you are of legal drinking age, any bar will serve you one. You can even have Sex On the Beach at home. Do a web search for the recipe.

Yes, you can be "intimate" (I said that because I didn't want the astrisk where the e should be) on the beach. Best thing to do is bring a towel or blanket, but make sure not to get any sand on it. So don't walk on the blanket prior to laying down on it.
But is it legal? No.

its not as romantic as it sounds... all i can say is sand get everywhere...and i mean everywhere which can cause infection. GROSS..... have a few of the drinks and find a cleaner spot
