Here's the deal, I have a really good friend coming into town to visit me and he is gay. It doesn't bother me obviously but I just moved in with a new roomate. I knew this guy previously to moving in with him but I don't know his position on homo-sexuality. I need to tell him out of repsect for the house but how would I bring this up?

Should I just straight tell him " I have a gay friend coming into town" or should I find out his position on gays first. I just don't want things to become awkard between anyone.

And I'm not gay ( I don't know if this makes a difference or not)

There are astray domistic cats arround our house and they scatter their waste material every where sometimes in the flower garden infront of our house. I have a passion for music , I am tone deaf I sing and well I can sing pretty well so says alot of people and well not just that its the fact im getting better than what I was alot better I play guitar and I am teaching my self how to play piano and drums I can play bass as well and well I will never give up its a give no matter what is said to me or what is proven to me no matter how much harder it gets I don't quite not even me can stop my self from continueing to try harder to get better (witch I am) and no matter how hard it gets or no matter how much I tell my self I suck I keep going after my dream after being a music producer and an artist my self singer/writer/musician and starting my own record lable even when Im told I suck or when I tell my self I suck I still don't give up do you find this odd do you know any body like this where like nothing can stop them

Its sort of spoken/sung... it sounds unusual but compelling.

I dont recall any verbatim lyrics, but its a woman singing... something about going into a coffee shop or something... the guy behind the counter pours her a cup. Its raining. A different woman is outside and looking in... and the woman inside is wondering to herself if the woman outside is looking at her or looking at her own reflection. She enters the coffee shop and knows the guy behind the counter.

There is a lot more to it than that, but I just cant remember. I cant look up the song by lyrics because I cant quote any lyrics.

My attorney has failed to return calls or emails about details of my cases well thursday will make it 3 weeks.
When we last spoke, he said he would need to call me back, but did give a very brief synopsis and said we had a settlement offer from one of the suits. That was three weeks ago, and I dont know how long he had been sitting on the offer before that.
There was a call five weeks ago on a Monday, he said he needed to call back, I tried an email, didnt hear anything via phone or email, then two weeks later called him, this is when he gave me the mini update and now here we are three weeks after that and I still have no communication.
So what would one consider a reasonable amount of time? What should my next step be? I am thinking something like if I dont hear from you within 48 hours I wiell seek new counsel, but I do not know how that works now that we were past the statute of limitation for filing the claims?

Any advice (prefer someone in the legal profession). Thanks

She had some fleas, and someone suggested I do that.
I got way too much soap on her and could not wash it off,
she would not let me give her a bath. It's been three days
now, and she is so matted and looks terrible. She used to come in the house all the time...now only once a day to eat..
and out she goes. And she is not drinking her water from her
cup. Think she is too scared now. She is 12 years old.....
was always so clean, healthy, and fun.

Ok, so im between those two. Ive asked friends and family about it and as predicted friends said game designer and family said psychologist. I like grame design because of the variety of jobs out there and because of my vast imagination and drawing abilities but I also like psichology because im a very good listener and i find the human mind interesting. But heres the thing: i like psichology but i dont like reading and i like game design but i hate math. So yeah, let me hear out your opinions.

Most of you know that I deliver pizza's while finishing up college... well tonight while I was on my way to dropping off pizza's I noticed a person run out of a car infront of me a few cars up at a red light.

It was a woman and she was crying frantically and running from the car. Then the car she ran from turned around and cut her off... A guy got out and ran towards her then tackled her to the ground.

That's when I jumped out of my car and yelled, "Hey YOU, Stop THAT!"... the guy picked her up off the ground and dragged her to his car.

I then threw my car in reverse and made my way to him as quick as possible. I then shot out of my car running to his... at this time he was forcing her into his car while she was screaming and crying and kicking her legs while throwing her arms around.

I grabbed the guy by his neck and threw him to the back side of his car. While doing this she was able to get out of his car and run. He turned around and I dug my feet into the ground ready
