Well, if I used a one word answer I would still hope to be chosen as best answer. Since this is not a one word answer I am hoping it will be chosen as best answer because it is the longest. Of course, now that I said that, someone else will get on here and start answering this question and make their answer longer. Therefore, my answer couldn't be chosen as best answer due to its length. So now I have to think of another reason my answer should be chosen as best answer. But I am tired because it is late here. I guess I will go to bed now crossing my fingers and hoping that you will choose this answer as the best answer just because. . . . . yawn. . . . eyes drooping. . . . goodnight.

God is God. Religions are made by human beings. Don't confuse the two. 1. We can interact with God. God interacts with us continually. It is up to you whether you want to uphold your part of the conversation. 2. There is archaeological evidence of the flood as well as other "stories" in the Bible. You might want to study about it. If you read the Bible, you will notice as each generation appeared, the length of their lives shortened. It does not say, but it is my opinion that the the further human beings got from the Garden of Eden, when they were in accordance with God's plan, the more sin entered into their lives, shortening them. As for God creating the universe, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God..." Scientist can take the origin of the Universe back to the Big Bang, which they call the "First Effect". What they cannot ascertain is the "First Cause" aside from God. 3. The answer to religion is TO LEARN FOR YOURSELF. Read. Investigate. Prove it to yourself. 4. We are commanded to love our neighbors as ourselves. What have YOU done to help the starving children of the world? Did it ever occur to you that you are here to participate in life, not just observe and crticize it? 5. It's so typical of the uneducated to think that science and God are diametrically opposed to each other, or that scientist are all agnostics or atheists. Science proves the existence of God. And many scientist are Christians. You really need to learn about these things before making such statements. I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but you are totally in the dark here. Why do I believe in God? Because the only explanation that makes sense for how the Universe came into existence and why we are here is God. What is your explanation?

some dopes do they don't understand the power of creativity and humor. hmm people keep mentioning Judas Rabbi but he uses three words "yes I do" or "no I don't". There is one I won't mention as he violated me once before when I called him on his short one word answers. To me it is not just a matter of length but also of quality. Always choose quality over quantity.
