I work about 50 hours a week during the week, and then yesterday I had to help my sister move. I should be doing stuff around MY house, but I just don't fricking feel like it. Is that horrible of me? Or do I deserve one day of peace?

I'm in my late 30's, have OCD and Social Phobia. I'm desparately lonely as I don't have any friends, or close family and have been single for over 6 years. Because of the social phobia, I can't go out and meet people in the usual way. I've been trying a couple of Internet dating sites without any success. Given that I have had the problems for so long and they are unlikely to ever improve, do I have to give up and accept I will never be in another relationship and will probably have to spend the rest of my life alone?

205 000 kilometers on it, which is quite high. Loaded. Cassette. Cold Air Condition not coming out. Not been safety certificated or e-tested yet. Bought from big auction. Beautiful car. Though needs some rust cover ups, and the dirty ciggerete interior cleaned. "Looks" like its in excellent running condition. Looks like new tires, without hub caps, which is good i hate hub caps. And a spare tire in the back. But I dont know how to put them on anyways. First car I ever bought. Ok....... tell me if it was a good deal!!!!!!!! And tell me how many more kilometers do you think I can get out of it! Another same year malibu there had 283 kilometers on it. Do you think I'd be forced to put in more money than its worth to get things fixed in order to get the safety certification??? And I hate to say this but I never checked under the hood... because I don't know what any of that means. couldnt fit it in, read more....

Here's what Scooter Libby gets, even after Bush commuted his sentence: A felony with two year's probation, a $250,000 fine and the loss of his law license.

An honorable man who did honorable service all his life -- including pro bono work, even for Democrats -- with no prior offenses, gets slapped with a 21/2-year sentence that, in effect, has been suspended but not erased from his record.

First-time offenders rarely go to jail. Not this time. Judge Reggie Walton apparently wanted to show how tough he was. But would it have been "equal justice" for Libby to do time? In a word, no.

In 1999, District Judge Susan Webber Wright cited Clinton's "willful failure" to tell the truth and failure to obey the court's orders of discovery in citing him for civil contempt in the Paula Jones case. (Jones, remember, claimed she was sexually assaulted by Clinton.)

Again, Clinton lied and obstructed an investigation. Yet he got off with a hand-slap: No prison time.

Romans 1 vs. 18 - 21 says:

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities - his eternal power and divine nature - have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

I'm looking for something like a website, 800 number, or newsgroup. It has to be reliable competent information, like from professionals that know what they're doing. I need answers that can tell me how to do it myself.
For example a question would be, my garage sits in a low spot in the yard and when it rains it floods. The ground is high on all sides. What do I have to do to fix this?

I have just received notice today that my aunt has been given 6-8 weeks to live. I am very upset and would like to fly out to see her, however, someone told me that it might me better to remember her in her better days than to see her sick before she dies. They said if my last memories of her were good ones the grieving process might be easier. I haven't seen or talked to my aunt in 3 years. Is it smart for me to visit her now?

Here's my dilemma. I make crap at my job. Soon my student loan payments will kick in. My car will be paid off in February, but there will be 5 months where I'm paying student loans and a car payment. If I pay my car off now (which is only about 1000), then I won't have such a hard time those 5 months. However, I have $10k on a credit card, and the interest is way higher than my car loan. I can put that money towards the credit card, but it will barely make a dent, nor will it lower my monthly payment by much. What should I do? I know it makes more sense in the long run to do the credit card, but I'm going to be sooooooooooo poor during those five months of car and student loan payments.

In August 2005, President Ahmadinejad presented a 7,000-word manifesto to the Islamic majlis (parliament) which detailed his Government's "short- and long-term" plans. The document states that the region is heading for a "clash of civilizations" in which Iran represents Islam, and the U.S. carries the banner of a West that has forgotten God. Ahmadinejad presented the driving force behind Iran's policy as the belief that the decadent U.S., which is "in its last throes", is an ofuli (sunset) power, destined to be superseded by the tolu'ee (sunrise) power of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In the developing multipolar world, other "sunset" powers include the European Union and other "sunrise" powers include China and India. But the most dynamic power will be Iran, the "core power" around which all Muslim powers will coalesce. Furthermore, he stressed, Iran is prepared to develop its nuclear programme regardless of the concerns of the "outside world". (29) Further, his policy is: "a jihad to reshape the world and ensure Islam's universal dominance".
