It's pretty simple: stop shoving crap down your throat and work-out. That's all. We're not dealing with rocket science here. You can do it if you are determined. Good luck.

With a healthy diet and exercise program, you could certainly reach your goal by October. However, changing your lifestyle is hard, and doing too much at once can be overwhelming. My advice is to change one unhealthy habit at a time. It sounds slow, but those little changes add up quickly! (Cut out regular sodas and you have easily trimmed hundreds of calories, depending on how much you drink).

You could start by switching to diet soda, or switching to wheat bread. When that first change becomes habit, move onto the next. It would be beneficial to read about healthy diets and exercises as well. www.webmd.com has wonderful advice.

I've lost 20 pounds making these little tweaks to my diet, and it has stayed off for 6 months. Good luck!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.99$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Subsitution....when you want to munch-- walk, run, or drink water. Chances are, you aren't eating because you are hungry, but because you are mistaking something else for hunger. If you can tag that, you can address it. In the meantime, substitute. Good luck.
