life is boring and i am not getting much out of it my friends have mothers that let them do stuff i have one who is too protective over me i mean i am glad she is but she is too protective she wont even let me walk around my block i want a change. something that will make my life different my summer is so borring and it is almost over it was something i was looking forward to and now it is something that i want to end my summer is so borring and the same i wake up watch t.v or play on the computer then go to bed it is always borring and i have nothing to look forward to exept 4 this to end my mom says she has no money to do something fun ( though i know she does) and she says she does not have enough time for me to go swimming. how do i make this summer worth something

first of all, we've been seeing each other for 2 years, she has 2 daughters, who love me, but she won't commit. she says she is too busy, which she is. One time she wanted too, but i didnt want too, because i was upset at her about 1 1/2 years ago months ago, now she doesnt want to be my girlfriend, though we still go out, talk everyday, have sex, spend time with family. I just cannot get her to say yes. she has been telling me she doesnt know if she is ready. What can i do? Last week i was hinting at it and she keeps bringing back, how i denied her and was indifferent at her when she wanted it, but come on, how long can a girl hold something over you. But she tells me she feels like she can't anymore ever since i pushed her away back then. But i've been very nice to her treated her daughters so good. My strategy since last week is to flatter her and compliment her, tell her how i feel, a lot of mushy stuff tell her she is beatiful and she is sexy. girls will taht work? any advice

Im 16 and I have a job. I have a bank account to deposit my check in every week. I was wondering if I can get an ATM card or a debit card even though Im not 18. A few of my friends have debit cards and they arent 18 but Im not sure its under their name.

Can I get an ATM/Debit card at my age?
