Are you telling me that God actually communicated with words? I'm guessing not.. therefore, can you explain to me exactly what you mean when you say God spoke to you? Hearing people say things like this my whole life, but having never experienced it myself, is one of the things that confuses me so much about the religion. Thanks.

We are going to relocate to New York. The work area will be around City Colledge of New York and Comlumbia University. Anyone has any suggestions about which area to rent for an affordable apartment? Nearby or about 30 minutes commute one-way are both ok, I tried Craigslist but get very confused about the location names ...

Also, shall we bring our cars to New York? We have two now. Shall we bring one or none of them? Just a bit not sure whether it is ok to go to work or buy grocery without a car...

I've been writing a blog for a while that combines images from Flickr which are licensed under creative commons (non-commercial) with select quotes. After several requests, I'm now considering turning it into a book of sorts, via Lulu.com.

Because of the license terms and spirit of what I'm doing, I'm not looking to make any money from this personally. However, it seems it could be a good opportunity to help a charity.

Would it be allowable under the terms of the creative commons license for me to charge say $1-2 extra on top of the cost from Lulu for printing/shipping, with the full extra amount going to a nominated charity?

I would love to become a pro golfer... i want it more than anything and im 15. Do i have to play in high school? Also i cant drive in a car yet by myself but if i could, i would be at a golf course everyday. I think i have the drive and the determination to do it to...!!! Looking at there squad, 1st team and staff set up they should only have managed 4th at most! How can a team with players like Neville, Vidic and Carrick in there starting XI win the title!? And in the process beat Chelsea(with a far superior squad, 1st team and staff set up-escpecialy manager)! Even Tottenham should have challenged United for 4th! Must have been a freak season, right!?

I've been on the hunt for an all-in-one to replace my office's current HP (slow as hell, error-ific) 7210. I have done just about as much research as I can stand at this point and have narrowed it down to a 639 dollar Lexmark x502n and a 250 dollar Cannon PIXMA MP830. Besides the obvious difference being the hundreds of dollars more for the Lexmark, one is also a laser, and the other an inkjet. I've been thinking I need a laser because speed copying is what we are most interested in, though I'm not as familiar with lasers and worry about the initial cost combined with the cost of toner cartridges. The main uses of this machine will be for copying and faxing. It most likely won't be connected to any pc and will not likely be printing photos. We copy pictures out of books and copy documents. Laser or Inkjet? Which will benefit me longterm.

My oldest daughter, Kaitlyn(5), got in trouble the other day. She began to back talk. So I sent her to time out for 15 minutes. When she came back she was fine. The next day she did it again, so I took away TV privleges. It worked, until she did it again yesterday. So I told her to stay in her room for a little while and take a nap to calm down. So this morning she did it again. I sent her to her room and I told her to stay for an hour. Then she did it again and I sent to back to her room. That's where we stand now. What should I do if she does it again?

I dumped my ex about a year or more ago, and since then he's been trying in many ways to get back with me. Lately I called him up to have a (ahem) casual affair with him (if you know what I mean).
