It seems like I've been getting bad headaches when I eat chocolate, which I love. It says that most people aren't allergic to chocolate. Caffeine doesn't bother me at all. I keep trying to figure out what is setting these headaches off and it seems that chocolate in the evening causes me to wake up with a bad headache. Anyone ever hear of this?

I've been wondering this for a while.

If life is fairly unlikely, and I thought that's what scientists thought, then why is it that whenever I read a news item about our probes exploring our solar system, they always seem to EXPECT to find life?

Is this what actual scientists think?

Or is it just the article writers, raising the sexy possibility to get readers' attention?

What is the current thinking about how prevelant life is?

what does an apology have to consist?
if i did something without any knowledge of its impact (infact, it wasn't immoral) but it does affect/anger the other person
i apologised. but in the process, i explained my intentions and my lack of knowledge and i also said i would change and not do it again.
and he wouldn't accept my apology claiming it was insincere because i kept making excuses and justifications for my auctions.
but just because i do have justifications for my actions, it doesn't mean i cannot feel remorse? i just wanted him to understand where i was coming from, because i understood where he was coming from. and even though i don't think i personally did anything wrong, the fact that it angered him and affected him, makes me not want to do it again.
so does that mean i'm not sorry? or does it mean i am?
i mean an easy analogy of what i did was like i'm walking on a crowded street behind a friend and someone behind was pushing me and i accidentally fell out my friend.

I was so enraged yesterday because of people who I thought were my friends. It's nice to now know that I will probably never speak to them again. It's peaceful now. Do you know what I mean?

The United Nations reports that a lack of fresh, clean drinking water inflicts enormous hardship on more than a billion members of the human family, and more than 3 million die each year from lack of access to fresh, clean water.

Why did your designer make 97% of the crucial element humans need to live, undrinkable? Five year old children understand this concept. Your all-knowing god couldn't forsee this problem when he designed Earth's ecosystem, and his most cherished creations? If he cared so much about you, wouldn't he have made the seas freshwater, or designed people so they'd be able to drink salt water?

This doesn't seem like a very "intelligent" designer to me.

(Now we're probably gonna hear how he took out his giant salt shaker after Adam & Eve sinned.)

I am a female in a commited long term same-sex relationship. I have been in contact with a man who is willing to act as a donor. Not wanting to spend so much of our savings on artificial insemination, we have decided that this man and I will engage is sexual activity in the hopes of my getting pregnant. He has a clean bill of health and medical records that I have reviewed.

My question is this: he has 3 children and a happy family. He does not intend to be part of this childs life, we have talked about this, and it is the best for both of our situations. He is doing this as a service to me, he is a regular sperm donor. However this case is different since we are consensually comitting to a physical act.

What legal steps should be taken to assure that both of us are taken care of? We trust each other, but it is a general legal safety thing to protect yourself. Can a basic termination of parental rights form be signed, or is it more complicated?

scenario:an unmarried couple sign a lease agreement. one of the two moves out but remains on lease and returns to the house daily to care for the other who has suffered a stroke. her belongings still remain as well but does maintain a second address. the stroke victom dies and the benificiary (adult offspring of deceased) comes to house and changes locks and removes entire contents that belonged to the couple and tells girl that she is not allowed on property. not allowed to remove her personal belongings or anything. the property is a rental mind you my question is does the benificiary have the right to evict the co leaser and change the locks without the actual owners consent? can the landlord let the co leaser in to get her stuff? can the benificary do this? the landlord knew of the one moving and was aware of reasons and knew she still came in daily and they still were a couple. no changes were made to lease. the landlord sideswith the co leaser
any one know?
